Although the weather was somewhat erratic , I'm thrilled to hear that you had an excellent time. You are welcome to return at any time! I also want to express my gratitude for apparently scaring away the raccoon! Ever since your stay, we haven't had any incidents of her rummaging through the garbage. Hopefully, our upcoming guests will be just as conscientious about disposing of their garbage as your family was.

We feel so lucky to have had the pleasure to host Judith and her lovely family for their big wedding event. They were friendly, fun to chat with, and just delightful people. They took excellent care of our home, treating it with the utmost respect, and leaving it in immaculate condition. We would love to host you again anytime. Your granddog Penny was an excellent guest and was our best dog guest to date. And thank your husband again for the quick repair. Truly an exemplary guest!

We regret that the AC/airflow situation, which was clearly explained in the house guide and also communicated via text, and verbally, seemed to have a negative impact on your stay. It appears that you may have overlooked the recommendation to close the sunroom doors during the afternoon, as the room is designed to let in sunlight with an unobstructed view of the lake. Throughout your stay, we accommodated your requests for beach towels, garbage bags, and an air fryer. However, you never mentioned any issues with the temperature in the house or requested a toaster. Unfortunately, your lack of communication prevented us from providing the level of comfort you deserved. Even before your arrival, we made several inquiries about your specific needs for the booking, but received no response. Moreover, your party arrived an hour and 30 minutes before the designated check-in time without prior notice. Additionally, without seeking permission, you took it upon yourselves to enter our utility room (clearly marked as "Keep out") in search of tools to fix a drawer that was broken by your party. and the dog hair and damage from your dogs was disappointing as we spoke in length about the houses dog rules. Regarding the toaster, we would like to clarify that the air fryer you specifically requested does have a toast setting. Furthermore, the house is equipped with an array of amenities, including two coffee machines, two blenders, an ice maker, a popcorn machine, an electric kettle, and a frother, which we have provided based on the preferences and needs of our past guests. Ensuring a clutter-free countertop, we try to consolidate machines with the same basic functions. Our primary objective is to offer exceptional hospitality and provide an enjoyable experience for our guests. However, achieving this goal becomes challenging when concerns are expressed solely through reviews after the fact, rather than in real-time when they could have been promptly addressed.

I also forgot to mention that your dog was a perfect little lady/ gentleman and is also welcome back. I forgot you had a dog.

Veranika was the worst guest we ever had and totally trashed my house. She lit prohibited fireworks and damaged my neighbors jet ski. They asked her party 3 times to stop. When hearing her side of the story, she only said to not have been present. Everything in the house is updated and pristine...past reviews will prove her dishonesty. Like stating I arrived 2 hours after check-in when we actually crossed paths at check in and I returned 5 minutes later for something I had forgotten, profusely apologizing. As far as communication, I texted 3 times during her 8-day stay...for garbage pick up before the holiday and when my neighbors contacted me. She must have felt watched by the animals because she taped pillow cases and yoga mats to the windows and didn't even remove them before check out. Yes, Veranika should actually stay far away from all VRBOs as she has no sense of responsibility or integrity. Before this review, she was sent every single picture of the extensive damage which she didn't respond too at all. I was so shocked because I allowed her to bend the house policy with UPS deliveries, additional dogs and people. I asked her to let me know if anything was broken as I had another quick turn around after her stay. Our $1k Jensen air hockey table was broken, taken apart and left with missing pieces. Sunroom door knob and metal coat rack broken off. She left windows open during a storm and soaked my $1k oriental rug on top of damaging the relationship with my neighbors.
