Find your paradise at Bogey's Beach House! This lovely condo sleeps 12 guests across four bedrooms making it ideal for a multi-family getaway. Bogey's Beach House is conveniently located within walking distance to coffee, shopping and eating on Scenic Gulf Drive. Guests will enjoy views from every floor and have plenty of room to spread out on a lower deck that steps right out to the sand to enjoy a perfect day at the beach.

Beach days and stunning views are the priority at Bogey's Beach House! Every space is designed to take full advantage of being beachfront on the beautiful Emerald Coast. Guests can access the beach from both levels and a huge beach-level deck is the perfect extension of the house. Guests will find an outdoor living area on the deck with immediate walk-out access to the beach and a prep area with sink, plus a grill. This is the ideal place to spend most of your time - grilling, relaxing, and taking a break from being on the beach!

Inside on the main level a beautiful open floor plan on the second level includes a dining area with a spectacular view of the beach, cozy living room seating five with coastal decor, and a lovely kitchen with a backsplash reminiscent of sea glass. Stainless steel appliances, a beverage cooler and ample counter space create a perfect environment for any home cook to prepare a meal with ease. A bunk room is also available on this level with two sets of twin/twin bunks, and a shared bathroom nearby.

Bogey's offers two bedrooms and a laundry area on the first floor, a lovely queen bedroom with private bathroom and a large king bedroom that boasts a beach view, private bathroom with dual sinks, plus a balcony that leads to the beach access and the main floor.

The primary bedroom can be found in the loft of the main level that offers a stunning view of the water even from the shower! This loft includes a king bed, additional twin, and a pull out couch plus a large private ensuite with a rain head shower.

Bogey's Beach House treats guests to beachfront living with plenty of entertainment nearby. Promising wonderful vacation memories for the whole group, this is sure to be a favorite - reserve today!

This was the best vacation I’ve had in 15 years ! Plenty of room for 10 guests and right on the beach. It could not have been any better!

Great property and the perfect location on the beach. Great for a larger group and multiple families with plenty of resources in the kitchen! Which was huge for us as we eat most meals at home.

This was a great house for my family. I do wish there was a bigger dinner table. The table only sat 4 for a house that could hold 10. Because we are a big family we ate at home majority of the time.

Can’t beat this location and proximity to the beach! We celebrated my dad’s retirement with our large family and kids ranging 16 to 18 months. The townhome has some wear on it, but it was perfect for us! It was overall clean, spacious, and allowed us to have some great memories! We would stay again!!!

Excellent location. Great view right next to the beach. There are two bedrooms on the bottom floor with their own bathroom. For light sleepers, you can hear all the movement from the main floor. The bedroom on the main floor with the 2 bunk beds is quite small so there isn't much room to store luggage, extra things. The 4th "bedroom" is on the top floor, which is an open space in the loft. It is very spacious and has it's own bathroom. In this area, there is a bed plus 2 other sleeping areas. The other sleeping areas are small. We had to purchase an inflatable mattress since the other sleeping areas were too small for teenagers. Since this area is open, it is not suitable for people who like to sleep in since they can hear everything from the main floor. The dining area on the main floor has a great view of the ocean. The table only seats 4 so eating meals can be challenging when you have a large group. The beach chair service provided each day was excellent. We were provided 2 chairs and an umbrella. They were usually out there by 6am and picked up by 5pm. We brought extra chairs and umbrellas for the rest of our group that we would set out next to the chairs provided. Overall the property was great given the location and communication with the host was excellent.

Week stay in June

My brother and I took our five daughters (ages 22, 20, 16, 14 and 7) for a week’s stay. The property was fantastic for our needs. The downstairs patio was especially wonderful. It opened right up to the beach. We were less than 40 steps away from the beach once we stepped off the patio. We grilled hotdogs on the gas grill to get quick meals in between the water and laying around on the beach. The place came with plenty of towels and beach toys. The washer and dryer were top of the line. The stove, microwave and fridge worked excellently. The air conditioning worked great and there were additional plug in fans. The cookware was plentiful and allowed for cooking a variety of dishes. Coffee maker was easy. Gas station was right across the street. Bad Ass Coffee was a 2 minute walk for lattes/cappuccinos. Winn Dixie was as 5 minute drive and super easy for groceries. Communication the day of arrival was very helpful and prompt.

Great location ,excellent view parking was sufficient, however We needed to call maintenance 2x for things not properly working. There were fans that could not be used due to damage,the floors were in terrible shape. There were places on the steps and landing that were not safe, sloping bad and the boards on the landing hand rail coming from the upstairs were hanging loose. I somewhat felt mislead by the photo shopped pictures on the advertisement for this property. We had a great time overall but this property is in serious need of remoldel and safety updates

This property was good for our family vacation. Great location and convenient to walk out on the beach. There was an issue with the AC, but our host got it corrected quickly.
