The struggle with the dryness and static electricity is definitely real in our mountain climate, and we appreciate your understanding about the painters. This is the only time of year most buildings can complete exterior projects, so summer maintenance can sometimes be a little disruptive. Summer in Breckenridge can also be tricky without air conditioning in any of the buildings—sometimes the mountain weather is perfect, and other times it can feel quite warm. We’re glad the ceiling fans helped, and we would have been happy to bring additional working humidifiers had you let us know during your stay. Regarding the pantry supplies, our listing, guest portal, and rental agreement all outline exactly what starter supplies are provided so guests can plan accordingly. That said, we completely understand how that information can get missed with everything involved in preparing for a trip, and your feedback helps highlight that for future guests. We also appreciate your comments about the carpet, bed softness, and linens, as feedback like this helps us continue improving the guest experience.
