The house is a one level ranch with a large front yard and back yard. Spacious master room with in suite full bathroom with shower. Two secondary rooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with 2 single beds. Full kitchen and separate dining room. Long drive way perfect to park your boat.

5 miles to Cumming City Hall and downtown Cumming
8 miles to South Forsyth High School

Buford Dam is a very cool place to visit! The dam itself is amazing.
Lots of history during construction. You have a fabulous view of the Chattahoochee River and Lake Lanier at the same time as you are crossing the dam.
It's a good place to take visitors and pictures with nice backdrops.
The house is located in a residential and super safe area.
If you arrive early in the area, the good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!
