The Space:

Our cozy A-Frame cabin features 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 1 full bathroom, offering a comfortable and functional layout for families, couples, and small groups.



The main bedroom and full bathroom are conveniently located on the first floor, making the space easily accessible. Upstairs, guests will find a second private bedroom along with a loft area that provides additional sleeping or relaxation space.



The open-concept living area includes comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding natural beauty.



Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious deck, relax around the gas fire pit, and Al fresco dining while taking in the peaceful setting. Fast WiFi is available throughout the cabin, making it easy to stay connected whether you're working remotely or streaming your favorite shows.



This pet-friendly retreat is designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable home base for your North Georgia getaway.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire A-Frame cabin during their stay, including both bedrooms, the loft, full bathroom, living room, kitchen, and all outdoor spaces.



Enjoy the spacious deck, gas fire pit, and peaceful surroundings with complete privacy. Self check-in and on-site parking are provided for your convenience.



Please note that one locked pantry in the kitchen is reserved for owner supplies and is not accessible to guests.



Other Things to Note:

Loft Bedroom & Stair Safety

The loft bedroom is accessed by a steep staircase that is similar in design to a ladder. Guests should exercise caution when ascending and descending the stairs. This area may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations, balance concerns, or very young children.



Elevated Deck & Exterior Stairs

The property features an elevated deck and exterior steps. Guests should use caution when entering, exiting, and moving about outdoor areas, especially during wet, icy, or low-light conditions.



As with most outdoor environments in Georgia, insects may be present at times, especially in warmer months.



To help maintain the quality and comfort of the home for all guests, the following may result in additional charges if applicable:



• Excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover

• Unapproved late checkout or early check-in

• Smoking inside the home

• Damage to the property, furnishings, or missing items

• Pet-related damage or undisclosed pets

• Excessive markings or damage to walls

• Plumbing issues caused by improper use (including food in drains or non-flushable items in toilets due to septic system)

• Items left behind after checkout that require retrieval, storage, or return (an administrative/handling fee may apply)



Much like hotels, we require the primary guest to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a brief terms & conditions agreement prior to receiving check-in information. These steps help us maintain a safe, secure, and smooth experience for all guests and are required for all reservations. Because these requirements are part of the check-in process and may impact our ability to rebook the reservation dates, refunds cannot be provided for guests who choose not to complete them.
