Great, quiet, safe location with a lake view and near to local attractions. The condo felt very homey with comfy couches, chairs, and board games. The AC kept the rooms very comfortable in the hot summer week and the wifi with Roku TV kept us connected and entertained in the evenings.The kids loved the access to the lake beach and the comfy beds. My wife and I loved the clean accommodations, comfy bed, ample space upstairs and downstairs, and the stocked kitchen. We did not get to hang out on the patio or use the grill but it was a great space we wished we could use.We can't wait to go back to Guilford in the winter and again next summer. We will be looking to rent this space out again!

this property was a lovely spot with a view and great lake location.

the kitchen was just right for our meals, and grill was good too. This was listed as "sleeps six", but we did not expect that one of the beds was a trundle mattress, hidden under the bunk bed. there was no place for our 6th person, and my Son-in Law had to sleep on the sofa ( not a pullout bed) in the living room.. That was a disappointment. The bathroom tub needs support bars for safety, for older people to safely use.

Perfect getaway!

Everything was as expected. Location was ideal for us. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for pool and showering. Quiet development and it was perfect!!

Beautiful views

This was a great home base for our family vacation. It is a great location for exploring all of the wonderful things the Lakes Region has to offer. This kids enjoyed the beach and pool and open spaces to play. My husband and I enjoyed the views and the great screened in room. I took off a star because it could use a little refresh and care- but overall we enjoyed our time.

Great place on the lake with great view and easy trip to Gunstock. As advertised - clean, bright and pleasant. Would like to come back in the summer.

Relax with everything you need

Wonderfully appointed townhome with the most lovely deck. Appreciated the lake and the pool over an extended weekend, with everything at hand was very relaxing and kids enjoyed as well.

Perfect Spot for Family Vacation

Perfect spot for our family of 4 to spend a holiday weekend. Lovely view of the lake from the living room and deck. Clean and Nicely decorated. We spent time in the property’s pool and enjoyed the condo associations private beach. Great having access to these amenities while traveling with kids and having everything easily accessible on site

Great place

The pool and the lake are a 2-minute walk which is great for little legs! The stairs going up to the attic beds were very steep for my daughter (5) and my mother (67) and there was no central air, but there was a window unit on the first floor and standing fans/coolers on the other 2 floors. Would probably make more sense just to fix or replace central air unit that is already there. Overall, it was a great place, and you can't beat waking up to those lake views from the deck!

Nice week on the lake

The unit was nice, well-decorated, and the location within Samoset made it convenient to get to and from the pool and beach. The addition of air-conditioning was fantastic. The sheets, however, needed to be re-washed when we got there, as they were visibly dirty. Whoever did the cleaning service that week cut corners there. Also, we could not get the volume on the TV to work, so there was basically no TV for a week, which I guess is nice, but not what we paid for. Overall, however, for the price it was a quality rental, and a great week on the lake.

Good experience, but some room for improvement

We liked the layout, but there were some concerns/questions. The description says "lake view,lake front; yes, it is lake view but not lakefront. "Partial AC" is accurate, but the configuration was not good.An open window with plastic covering the openings and the unit itself sitting on and partially blocking the stairs is not particularly safe; even worse when carrying a suitcase or a baby. The deck and deck furniture were great. Some tables (even small ones) would be useful. We appreciated having a grill. The ceiling fan in one bedroom didn't work. In order to fill the bath tub, we had to run the shower because the the faucet "switch" didn't work.

No Water & No Communication

We arrived and started to settle in when we realized there was no running water. Toilets could not be flushed, water did not come out of the bathroom or kitchen faucets. We contacted Vacasa via text, their preferred method and did not hear back right away. Called 10 min later and was told someone would be out to fix. No one came. Three hours later I notified them we would be leaving as we could not stay without running water. The gentleman on the phone stated he was unable to get a hold of the local company. We left and went to a hotel so we could actually flush’s toilet and take a shower. It’s been over a week and I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding a refund for this inconvenience. I just keep getting the general response that they are attempting to contact the local office and will get back to me when they can. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Vacasa rentals to anyone! We will be submitting a BBB complaint and contacting the NH consumer affairs since Vacasa refuses to contact me or provide me with a refund.
