Carol was the best host EVER!! She was very accommodating and was available for all of our needs. Lawrence and Sherry from the taxi service was very reliable and made sure that we made our destinations on time for scheduled events.

The condo was good for what we needed it for. All of the AC units worked. The showers could have been cleaner. We felt safe in the area of town. Good experience all around.

Family Trip

Property was great and in a perfect location. Couple of comments...there wasn't any soap dispensers in some of the bathrooms and no hand towels or mirror in the downstairs or top floors one. If you also have a salt and pepper shaker that'd be great,,,just some small things. We had a great time !

I would give the place a score of 9 out of 10.Due to the facts the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleand. The rooms bed linens unpillows were old and outdated. The bedroom where I stayed the bathroom did not work the whole 4 days.The grounds keeper tried to fix the bathroom but it did not work.

Close to a small beach. Bus stops at the end of the street. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay

Home was clean and well maintained. Nice pool. Comfortable with lots of space. Home was low on some supplies (dish soap, laundry soap lacking) and no salt/pepper. But otherwise very nice and comfortable. Staff on site was very friendly.

Perfect!

This was our second stay in this villa and it was just as nice and easy as the first time. Great location within walking distance of stores and some restaurants. Also only 5 min taxi or bus ride to Baha Mar resort and casino!

Very nice for a large family

We stayed her one night after arriving to Nassau and it was perfect for our large family. Carole was super helpful and very proactive with information about the unite. Highly recommended!

Property was reasonably well outfitted and conveniently located. There were some water issues with one bathroom and these were attended to.

80th birthday celebration

Great time at Carole’s property. Very large and comfortable for 6 adults. We were in town for a week for an 80th birthday lcelebration. Nice pool but weather a bit chilly. Would definitely book Carole’s place again !

Great

Carol was an amazing host - checking in on us and sharing travel tips and tricks. She went above and beyond. The location was great 1/2 in between two beaches and close proximity to the grocery store. We walked most placed. Took the bus when our kiddos legs were tired. The place had everything we needed and more! Looking forward to more trips!

Dive trip

There are few hosts that have better communication than Carol. She was quick to respond and check in super easy. The unit was clean and the beds comfortable. It was located next to the pool which was really convenient. It was a little surprising that two of the four bathrooms didn’t have any mirrors. Also if you plan to do any cooking I would bring you some spices as there wasn’t any there but overall it’s a great location and a really nice place.

Perfect Stay

Carole is probably the most prepared and accessible propert owner we have ever experienced. She realizes the challenges of her international clients and provides detailed information on how to have your best experience in Nassau, with the least amount of uncertainty. The home was clean. The beds were nice. Each room had their own cooling units! Thank you Carole for allowing us to use your space!

An amazing Mother’s Day weekend.

This property is so beautiful. They were not kidding when they said spacious. Each room had its own bathroom and the most comfortable beds you can lay in. Property was clean and everything was well organized and easy to find. Communication was on point. We didn’t have to contact the property managers but they kept in contact and made sure everything met our standards. This property is definitely 10/10 and the price is surprisingly low.

Complete and Content

All expectations based on the listing were met. Most previous reviews were accurate. Convenient, yet secluded. Easy access to beach, groceries, bank, and food. All, in the same direction. 10 minute walk. Carole was completely responsive and accommodating where she could be. Recommended. I would stay there again.
