Combining large square footage and custom design, this open-concept home will pull you right in. Upon entering the residence, you’ll notice the spacious floor plan welcoming you to make yourself right at home. Before sprinting to the pool, however, make sure to explore the spacious indoor living area with beautiful bedrooms in which to kick back and relax away your travels. But don`t rest too long - there`s so much to do at this beautiful home!

The fun starts immediately as you walk in – right away in the foyer you`ll find a large poker table for six and shuffleboard. Head into the living room to watch the game on the large flatscreen SmartTV and relax on the sofa. Just upstairs is another spacious living area with a pool table, huge sofa, and indoor theater. You might forget to even step outside! But we`re just getting started.

Next, open the door outside to your private backyard resort. With a large pool (please inquire for heating) equipped with an absolutely awesome custom waterslide, kick back and watch the kids (and adults!) have endless amounts of fun while you soak in the hot tub. Head over to the putting green to work on your short-game before playing one of the countless top-tier golf courses in the area.

Not quite tired yet? No worries – school your co-travelers in a pickup game on the basketball court, or set up the net for a game of pickleball! If saner heads prevail, take the competition to the giant chess board for a round of the Noble Game. In the evening after a day of endless fun, keep it going and fire up the BBQ in the large outdoor grill area. Occupancy & Use

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.

Noise & Neighbors

- Quiet hours are **9:00 PM – 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.

Pool & Spa (If Applicable)

- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance

- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.

Lost & Found

- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.

Trash

- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.

Safety

- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

Rule Violations

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.
