Reflections 207 is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit located at 4100 Marriott Drive on St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach. This 2nd floor unit overlooks the large, resort-style swimming pool (section is heated to a comfortable 85-degrees year-round!), hot tub, grilling area and has views of St. Andrew's Bay. Reflections is home to Serenity Spa and is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, the Bay Point Golf Course, brand new Bay Point Marina, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.

This spacious condo offers over 1,000 square feet of bayfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa. Enjoy fabulous pool/bay views and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom is also bayfront and has its own private ensuite with a queen bed, large walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. Both the Living Room and Bedroom have Smart TVs with cable. The unit has a washing machine and dryer. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

Couple getaway

This is our second year in this condo at Reflections We returned because it has all that we need for a perfect trip away. Any questions we may have are always answered promptly. The porch is where we spend most of our time and it set up for eating and also quiet reading. Which is exactly how we like to spend our time! 5 stars to this retreat.

The condo is very nice with a great view, the layout is good, However the bed is terrible,the mattress is not as good as a cheap motel,and in a resort as nice as this you would expect a decent bed,and upgrade the paper towels and toilet paper,when you pay a premium price for stay you expect these things,

Our son lives in the Baypoint community and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for a stay and visit without imposing.l on him. Loved the condo, community and great location for fun and sun.

Location, cleanliness, were excellent. The mattress is TERRIBLE. If this had been a hotel, I would have requested a different room. Will never again stay in 207, and I suggest someone from your company visit the unit and simple sit on the bed.

Unit #207 at Reflections

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend this unit because of the very dated and uncomfortable bed and living room furniture. It proved to be impossible to get comfortable for the 27 day stay.The owner needs to update the bed and the very dated living room furniture.The management did bring a foam memory pad to attempt to make this bed more comfortable. Unfortunately, this bed needs new box and mattress. Memory foam pad was not a fix.On a positive note, the condo's kitchen and bath were very comfotable.

Our Best Vacation Yet!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! We lived on the Gulf for a few years and now make it a point to return every year and this was our favorite place we have stayed! Everything you want to do is on the property though we did venture out most days. There were some very minor cosmetic issues (flooring had gaps, some rust and dirt in places) but nothing anyone else noticed. We are already mapping out our stay there next time and counting down the days!

Just right me for me. . traveling solo

This was my first time staying in Upper Grand Lagoon. I was a little nervous about not being right on the beach but it turned out to be just right for me. The view from the condo was pleasant and enjoyable. You are able to see the pool, a golf tee and a pier for tour boats. Always something to watch. This property is well situated for getting in your steps and would probably be good for easy bike rides. Walking down to the marina every morning was great. The living room was full of light and not overcrowded with furniture, which appeared to be in good shape. The kitchen was well stocked and had every small appliance known to man. The bathroom was a good size with a large walk-in shower with great water pressure. The bedroom featured a queen size bed with a very soft mattress. The property manager was quick to respond and resolve a couple of very minor issues. Finding a cafe at the hotel next door that offered Starbucks coffee was enough to get me to book this property again!
