Welcome to our beautiful new home in Phoenix, the perfect destination for your next business, family, or leisure getaway. This home is 3 exits down from the State Farm Stadium perfect for this weekend’s major event, the Super Bowl. This house is right in the heart of both major retail centers Westgate in Glendale and Gateway Crossing in Avondale, there will not be any shortage of amazing restaurants and activities to do here.
The home features a very modern and minimalistic design allowing for the open space of the house to really bring the people together. The family room, informal dining room, and spacious island kitchen are open to the family room making it perfect for entertainment. The master bedroom comes with a large walk-in closet and full bathroom, the room is accompanied by a major 80’ inch flat screen T.V. and king size bed. The additional bedrooms are both similar, having a queen bed and 65-in. T.V. accompanying them. Stay connected with the smart TV's throughout the house with service provided by Netflix and WiFi throughout the house.
Located less than 10 minutes from the State Farm Stadium and Westgate. As well as only 2 minutes away from Gateway Crossing (Major Retail Stores, Restaurants, Harkins Movie theater, etc.). The new Desert Diamond Casino is only a 10-minute drive from the house.
The house has a beautiful backyard with an outdoor setting and a fireplace to enjoy the night skies that Arizona has to offer. The backyard comes with 2 lime trees and a long concrete passage for plenty of parking space.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed the beautiful home - especially the yard. The neighborhood is lovely right off a major road off of I-10. It was perfect for our family visit (adults) looking for a relaxing place to stay. The host was in close contact in advance and during any need we had. Thanks for sharing this lovely home.

Arizona weekend trip

We had a wonderful stay at this home, we all slept comfortably and everything was nice & clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is in a nice location where you can drive short distance to get food , gas or anything you might need. I would definitely recommend this home and we would stay there again!

This newly remodeled single story was comfortable and well equipped for our quick trip. It's minutes away from some hot spots on the west side of the city. Close to Peoria and Glendale.

21st Birthday Gathering

Overall, this property was amazing! We were so excited to stay here and loved every moment of it! Michael was super attentive and available to help us whenever we needed anything. The only two things I would suggest is instructions on how to turn on the fire pit and providing silverware. We will definitely be booking again!

Nice home

This home was located right in the center of our trip plans so it made it convenient as far as location. The neighborhood was loud especially during the weekend and on a busy street. The home has everything you need and was nice inside and out although when we arrived the floors were extremely dirty so we did have to sweep and mop. Other than that the home was pristine and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was pretty good. Beds and bedding were comfortable. House was clean, not real big, but well suited for our group. I messaged the host, no response but it wasn't critical. I would stay again, not a bad experience.

Recently remodeled with nice patio

This house has been recently remodeled so it has new appliances and flooring. You can also use the garage, which is a nice when it's hot. It was centrally located for the west side spring training baseball parks. Large TVs in all rooms and comfortable beds. Lots of kitchen gadgets (but no dish towels or dish cloths). One of the best features is the patio in the backyard - great place for a beer after a long day of baseball! We had just one bath towel each so if you like lots of bath towels you may want to bring extra or head over to the Dollar store.

Great Property!

Such a beautiful house! Very well supplied kitchen - Ninja blender, smoothie blender, great coffee maker with a wonderful selection of coffees! Perfectly clean and elegantly decorated. The HUGE flatscreens were such a treat for hanging out after a busy day and watching movies together. And lime trees in the backyard! Being able to pull our car into the garage was a real bonus. Heads up though - the neighbors on either side like to party on the weekends. Not obnoxiously so, but we could definitely hear the music Friday and Saturday night. During the week, perfectly quiet, so whew! We really enjoyed our stay!

3 week getaway

We stayed for 3 weeks and the house was absolutely perfect. Booking process, checking in, communication with host all very easy. House has all you would require for a long stay. Cooking utensils, pots & pans, baking sheets & pans, great bbq/grill, blender, coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, more than you may have at home. TVs in every room. Relaxing backyard with large outdoor table on covered patio and easy lounge couch with fire pit. Location great for shopping, restaurants, ball games, golfing and exploring. Neighbours played music outdoors one Sat night but it was very enjoyable Latin tunes. We would highly recommend this house and would stay again if in the area.

A few problems

The property was not clean or sanitized upon our arrival. The guest shower drain was clogged and had to be plunged after every shower. The outdoor grill was not functioning.
