Enjoy a wonderful Cape May vacation in this luxury beach house w water views from the front deck - just a 3 min walk to a very nice secluded neighborhood bay beach - you will have full access to this beach while staying at the house. This very clean custom home has an outdoor shower, large dining/family room, wrap around and upper deck, free wifi, new furniture/leather sofa, new grill, and an outdoor dining area. Easy access to Cape May Island (5 miles)/Wildwood (9 miles) and 1.5 miles from Harpoon's by the Bay in North Cape May. Sleeps 9.

Bedroom (queen bed), kitchen, full bath with tub/shower, laundry room, large dining table/area, family room w 65 inch tv on first floor with comfortable sofa - two bedrooms (king bed 1st room, two double beds with pull out trundle in 2nd) and full bathroom on second floor - both bedrooms have direct access to bathroom.

The first floor is an open floor plan with high ceilings that's great for family/friend getaways.

AN AMAZING STAY in ALL respects.The property was tip top clean, had every convenience necessary and the description was 100% accurate.On top of that, the owner was incredibly responsive. If we needed something (an additional adult bike), it was provided that day or at the latest the next day.I would STRONGLY recommend anyone seeking a FABULOUS property to stay - look no further!

Great getaway

The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. It was exactly what was needed for a group of gals celebrating a reunion trip. Joe and Kelly were wonderful hosts and were attentive and professional. I highly recommend.

Cape May Girls Trip

Family reunion

We enjoyed our stay at Water Views. Very clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. Joe was very pleasant and responded quickly when we sent text messages. The walk to the beach was easy, the beach was very nice and not crowded. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

Friends meet up!!

The Villas was perfect for five friends (2 couples and a single) to spend a long weekend in Cape May area. Good sized bedrooms, a very comfortable dining table and chairs and a nice living room to hang out. Easily parked three cars, drove out for dinner, the host was more than accommodating both before and during our stay. If the need arises, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean, quiet, in great neighborhood

I’d like to keep this gem a secret but must give it 5 stars! Being bit of a clean freak, I booked this place because of the reviews and I was not disappointed Quiet and clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked, with a great location in a settled neighborhood. With the owner, Joe, always being accessible and easy to work with, our vacation was everything we hoped for. Thanks again, Joe, for the get-away we needed!

Great property

House was as shown in listing. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Nice back porch and a short walk to the bay beach. Owner was very responsive to questions and check in was very easy. Short car ride to Cape May beach and to shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful beach house

We loved our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, really clean and a short walk to the beautiful sunsets on the bay. I loved having coffee outside each morning on one of the balconies. Our host Joe was great-quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to return with my family in the future.

Beach vacation

This place is beautiful and very Clean. The owner was wonderful— letting us check in early and texting us to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is very well stocked including linens and paper products. The private beach is an easy walk and very secluded. The ocean is an easy drive and has a lot of great shops. We had a fabulous time and will be back next time we are in Cape May!!

Perfect Getaway!

Had an amazing long weekend here with family of seven. Convenient access to the bay Plenty of space for a group of seven Great dining recommendations from the owner Short drive to Cape May beaches Beautiful home We travel a lot for kids sports so we utilize vacation rentals quite a bit and this was by far the cleanest place we have booked.

Perfect spot for a getaway

My husband and I were lucky enough to find Joeś property for a quick get away to the beach. The home had everything we needed to get away in complete comfort. We were grilling and beach walking within hours of arrival. Check in was a breeze and Joe checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Great location with water views! Very clean!

My family and I had a wonderful stay visiting Cape May. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. You can tell everything inside was newly redone with very tasteful decor. Can't beat the location, beach is just a short walk from the house. We hope to stay here again soon.
