The Space:

Our beautiful bungalow has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (sleeps 10). This home was recently renovated with a gorgeous pool and modern pergola. Bring your friends and family and enjoy the sky blue pool, while enjoying a delicious barbecue and watching the game. The home offers clean towels(bath, hand, makeup and beach), cotton sheets and body wash in both bathrooms. The home comes with a stunning gourmet kitchen with double door fridge, double oven and a full equipped kitchen. Enjoy the luxurious game room equipped with pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, dominoes table, cornhole, jenga and board games.

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, 1 folding bed, working space, dresser, 2 nightstands, private bathroom and walking closet

Bedroom 2: 1 XL twin bed, 1 daybed with trundle (fits 2 people), clothe rack, dresser. Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: queen bed, clothing rack, dresser and Smart TV.

Living Room:
Two comfy leather sofa (fits 2) with a 75” Smart TV.

Game Room:
Pool table, Ping-Pong table, foosball table, dominoes table, cornhole set, jenga and board games. TV

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and spacious cabinet. Kitchen includes; dishware, cookware, silverware, pots and pans, rice cooker, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker. This kitchen comes with two ovens, dishwasher, large fridge and built-in stove. The kitchen includes a cozy breakfast nook facing the pool.

*5+ day reservations: Pool needs maintenance once a week so service might be provided during your visit
*If you would like the pool heated, let us know in advance. There will be a $200 fee charge upfront. *For your safety, each pool access door is equipped with an alarm with doorbell sensor. The volume can be adjusted according to preference.
*SUNDAY night guests: Trash Pickup: If you are here Sunday night please put the trash out behind the house in the alley. Trash pick up is Monday by 7AM.

*Trash bins are located behind the storage shed

*Bee Hive Alert! This is South Florida, so be ready for bees (they don’t attack). If you are allergic please stay away. *Driveway fits 4 cars. NO MORE THAN 4 CARS ALLOWED. DO NOT PARK ON LANDSCAPE OR BLOCK NEIGHBORS!

*ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING INSIDE & ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER. *There are three exterior cameras. Two in the front and one in the back. This is for your own safety and ours.
