Great experience!

The home was very nice and very comfortable for 8 people! No complaints and had a great stay. Host was great about responding regarding check in process and checkout process as well!

Best place to stay close to downtown!

Our host was amazing and made check in very easy while making sure everything was good to our standards! The house was beautiful and have zero complaints about our stay!! Would recommend this to anybody coming to stay in Detroit. Will 100% book again when back in the area!

Awesome Experience!

We loved our stay! The house was amazing and such a relaxing place to be. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. It felt like a home away from home, which not many properties are these days. We will definitely stay there again next time we venture down state!

Weekend in Detroit

Had a quick weekend trip to Detroit for a Lions game. House was in a convenient location to downtown and the airport and lots of good food options within 10-15 min away. Was a bit cold but the game room in the basement kept both the kids and adults entertained.

easy to recommend

Clean and spacious - easy to get to downtown Detroit. Just north west of property, we walked through some beautiful neighborhoods with mansions from he 20's. Property manager/owner was easy to work with and kept a well stocked kitchen - plenty of stainless pans and glassware. Nice place.

Perfect For Our Family

We brought our whole family down for AutoRama and chose this home as it looked like it would fit us ok. It was more than ok! It had plenty of room for us to spread out. The primary suite was so nice as there was even a couch to chill on in the morning. It was convenient to have a pack and play and highchair for our grandkid. Thank you so much and if we come back to Detroit, we will book again.

A gorgeous home away from home!

This property is a gem. It manages to be both spacious and cozy at the same time, which is no easy trick. Lots of room for individual family members, but plenty of "communal space" as well. Plus the location is close to all kinds of great dining and the neighborhood feels safe and, well, neighborly. In every way, we were made to feel like valued, welcome guests!

Comfortable

Great communication with host. Clean property. Spacious. Able to spread out. Beds are very comfortable. Short drive to downtown. Check out eastern market!! I felt safe there but some homes and areas nearby seemed less safe. Very quiet.

Spacious and Cozy

Super happy with the accommodations. It was well appointed and had driveway parking for 2 cars. We were a party of 6 and had lots of room. Sitting areas (yes there are 2) were great with an extra TV on the main floor and also the bedrooms. We were only there for one night but would stay again for longer if we were back in town. This is not located downtown, but a $21 uber/lyft got us to Ford Field in about 8 min with lots of traffic. Our host Mikoya was wonderful and communication was timely and helpful.

Quaint

Nicely remodeled older home, with still great potential. The communication was excellent, quick and responsive. We had a very late arrival, so they volunteered to bring in the groceries had we ordered ahead . The house was well supplied. They even had a pamlet with nearby interest. It's located close to downtown. The only negative was the lack of eye candy outside of the bedroom windows but, It is an older quiet neighborhood . Great If in town for an event

Bachelorette Party Rental

The host was easy to work with and communicate with before the stay. Although the property listing stated it has a spa whirlpool and I was disappointed to find there was nothing of the sort there. The air conditioning was portable a/c units that had tubing coming off of it that had water leaking into plastic containers that would over flow if not manually emptied. That was pretty annoying to deal with and not advertised. The house was clean overall besides those things. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy but my car was still there when I got up the next morning

This 2200sf property is one of Detroit's renovated gems. Built in 1916, the house has been updated from top to bottom. The kitchen has been enlarged, a bathroom added on the 1st floor, and an on-suite added to the master bedroom. There are workstations in each of the 3 bedrooms and unlimited wi-fi is provided.

Large windows allow for natural light within the house. Enjoy a nice breeze on the large front porch day/night. Neighbors are friendly and neighborhood is normally quiet by 10pm.
