The Space:

Start your day in our fully-stocked chef's kitchen, featuring a Nespresso machine, Keurig coffee maker, and an array of cookware. Whether it's a full-course meal or a simple breakfast, serving made easy either in the elegant dining room or the quaint breakfast nock. Relax in our inviting living area, curling up by the fireplace, engaging in friendly board games, or recounting your Asheville adventures over a glass of wine. Experience restful nights in any of our three distinctive bedrooms. The first primary suite, complete with a king-sized bed, a sitting area, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite with a separate shower and clawfoot tub, is an invitation to unwind. The second primary suite features a queen-sized bed and a tastefully appointed ensuite, while the third bedroom, with two comfortable bunk beds and a charming ensuite, ensures a cozy stay for four guests. Step outside and enjoy the fresh Asheville air on our back deck, lounge on a hammock, or have a BBQ feast on our front patio. When night falls, cozy up around the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire house and yard, excluding the locked supply closet in the main hallway and an inaccessible unfinished basement. Self-check-in is facilitated via the smart lock, ensuring seamless arrival and departure. Up to three vehicles can park for free on the premises. Please respect our neighbors by not blocking the shared driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, well established neighborhood on Town Mountain.



Getting Around:

Vehicle required. 4WD is recommended in winter weather. All roads are paved to the house but there are some windy roads getting to the property. Uber/Lyft are an option too and you can schedule a pickup on their app.



We have a maximum of 3 vehicles allowed since we have a shared driveway with our neighbors. Please do not block the drive so they can still get around.



Other Things to Note:

We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Interaction with Guests:

We are fairly busy so you most likely will not see us at the property but we are always available by message or text. We also have an after hours emergency number should an emergency arise after 10pm.
