Perfect location and beautiful property!

Family Get-away

Great Stay!

We had an amazing time! It was a beautiful property with a fun game room, fire pit, and loads of other amenities. The price was very reasonable, and they did a great job of communicating. I would definitely recommend.

Wedding FUN!

Great place for a family gathering! Plenty of space to spread out and great views of the lake along with gorgeous sunrises. The home is modern and clean with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need.

Great place for family Thanksgiving

Property was very nice. My grandsons really enjoyed all the sporting events in the garage, though a little heat would have been nice. Guest use of fireplace would have been enjoyable

This is a great property for multigenerational families. The host was very responsive when it was discovered that the refrigerator/freezer was broken and while we did have to adjust our food/dining plans a bit, they were able to replace it within a few days. We really appreciated their swift communication and problem solving throughout our stay.

Beautiful Home and Location

This VRBO trip was absolutely fantastic. 5 of my friends and myself stayed in this house for 6 days and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The owner was extremely helpful and was quick to answer any questions that we had. If you're looking for a stay in Moneta, this is the house to be at. Very clean and modern, but also so cozy.

Annual Family Vacation

We drove in from Virginia and Delaware for a week vacation. None of us had been to SML before. We rented a pontoon boat, chartered a 1/2 day fishing trip, played golf, floated in the lake, went to the community’s 4th celebration at Parkview Marina, toured D-Day and Booker T Washington memorials and enjoyed great family time together. House was in a great location and beautifully decorated and clean. Would definitely consider renting again.

Beautiful house with lake views

This is a huge place with plenty to do. Fenced in yard for the pets and a big game room. No easy lake access to make sure to have an alternative there. Amazing amenities and very clean

Peaceful

We had a wonderful time. The sunrise with a cup of coffee on the porch, the games in the garages, the large kitchen for family meals, the 4 bedrooms plus 5th bed for plenty of space for the family. We will definitely be coming next summer. LOVED IT!!!

Great weekend

The house had a great view from the front porch. We felt very comfortable in the home. I am a bit of a "clean freak" and i had no complaints as the home was well maintained. All directions/information was clear and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Family Christmas

We had a family Christmas gathering in this beautiful house. We all live in different parts of the country and this location was central. We used the house as a base, but only two families stayed here. Everything from the cleanliness to the well equipped kitchen and the little amenities was perfect. The view of the lake was an extra bonus and the game room was a great addition for the kids and kids at heart in the group. I highly recommend this house and hope to return in the future.

Roomie Reunion

The 3 college roomies (class of 1960) from MI/Ohio/VA )gather every two years for a reunion. Every part of this house was perfect - 3 bedroom suites with private baths, plus two additional bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped. We spent most of the Oct days on the magnificent porch overlooking the gorgeous lake. We were totally happy and pleased with the house and location.

Summer vacation

This was our family vacation before college starts for both kids. We had a great time. The house was just right for our family. We loved the deck overlooking the lake and spent a lot of time out there watching the world go by. The yard was fenced and the ability to take our 2 dogs with us really made the weeks wonderful.
