This gorgeous property is 50 feet from 2 sandy beaches. No need to drive to the beach. Salmon, trout , walleye best fishing in upstate New York. Two minute walk distance to the marina and all the charter fishing boats. Nature and a quiet time. Best views of the lake right from the porch or right out of the windows.

The cabin was a perfect size for the four of us. It is in a great place on the lake. Wonderful having a beach just steps away and a great walking path by the lake.

The property is awesome! Right across from the park and the lake. Quiet peacful neighborhood. House was very well stocked to cook if you wanted to but really close to great restaurants.

Great location

We had no idea the place was LAKE FRONT! We grew up on Lake Erie and Lake Ontario did not disappoint. The place was lovely and just perfect for the weekend!

Great location- wonderful host.

We were visiting for a week and this was a great “home base”. The location is wonderful – we were same to sit on the deck and watch the lake, and it was quiet and peaceful. Just a short walk to the small community beach. Kids would love the little walking trail as well. Super safe for families and kids.Alex, our host, made check in/check out easy - and we had a simple question and he answered immediately! I’m sure we’ll be booking this when we come next summer!

One of the best VRBOS we have stayed in

Much nicer than the on line pictures. 2 living areas, two bedrooms, lake views. Very clean. This is one of the nicest VRBOS we have stayed in. Loved walking along the lake and saying hello to dog walkers and bicyclists. Great place for a couple or small family.

Cozy Lakehouse

Very cute lake house. Cozy, clean, inviting. Great quiet location across from Lake Ontario and a small beach. Also adjacent to the park and great walking path. Property has everything you need to make you feel at home. Alex is a great communicator and very responsive. Looking forward to going back!

Quaint, comfy, just right!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apparently recently updated cabin. We had everything we needed to cook which is great with kids. There were lots of extras including a VERY handy wagon and super nice beach chairs. We enjoyed the location very much. Very quiet and right across a very quiet street from a beach. Our host responded very quickly and patiently to all requests and questions.

Everything we needed was available from beach towels and chairs to paper products and fry pans. The deck was big enough for our family to enjoy dinners together while looking out at the lake. With only the small street between the beach and the house was wonderful. Our host Alex was very prompt in returning our messages making any chalange quickly solvable. We will book again for our next family gathering!!!

This is a very quiet waterfront community of Braddock bay, Greece. The house is within a two minute walk to a local marina, and sits right next to a private beach that can be accessed by house guests. Everything that you need is nearby. You can walk to a local restaurant, or launch your boat right onto the lake from the marina. There’s also a beautiful state park next to the property, with lovely Waterview trails for people that like to walk and hike. There’s also wonderful birdwatching along these trails.
