First Floor Bedroom Has Queen Bed w brand new mattress (2/23) & Full Bathroom With Stand Up Shower within steps! Second Floor Bay Front Bedroom Has Queen Bed Plus Walk-In Closet. Third Bedroom Has Two Twin Beds, Full Bathroom With Bathtub & Shower on second floor. Cozy sunroom facing Bay has 3 sliding glass doors to outdoor deck with table & 6 chairs, House is loaded with ceiling fans. Docks & large fire pit for campfires with fun tree swing for kids or adults. Open kitchen. Semi -Private Street for local traffic, Family friendly quiet neighborhood, great for a walks.
Cleanliness is top priority, this property is meticulously cleaned. Linens including comforters are washed after EVERY guest. Keyless entry for hassle free check in. Property is also professionally sprayed for spiders and mosquitos regularly and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay in Cindy's home! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. We loved the view and our kids loved the swing and yard to play in. It was the perfect place for our family while we were in the area for a wedding. Thank you Cindy!

The house was exactly as the photos depicted. Cute, welcoming, comfortably and well appointed kitchen. The bedding was comfortable and everything was clean!

Nice cottage on a Lake Ontario bay just west of Rochester that is far enough away to be very peaceful, but close enough to be most anywhere within a half hour.

Very relaxing home

Our family enjoyed the relaxing getaway at this home. The house has everything you need and the lawn with bay/creek access was wonderful.

Perfect for the family

The house and yard were as described but I can’t say enough about the yard. It was beautiful. My daughters loved the tree swing in this massive ancient tree. The dock and river were beautiful and the fire pit was perfect. Everything about this stay was easy and the owner was very responsive. We stayed for a week.

Great place to stay but slightly inaccurate

House and property was beautiful and overall great. My only complaint was it is listed as 3 bathrooms but there is only 2. Not sure where the 3rd one is. With that said i would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, cozy home

Cynthia has a beautiful cozy home right on the bay and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The lawn and view of the water was particularly enjoyable. Would stay there again!

Fantastic vacation

This was a great house for a family vacation. A nice setup for parents with young kids, with many places to relax. The sun room was great for morning coffee, looking over the river and watching all of the different birds coming through. The canoe was a wonderful treat to take out and enjoy nature. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with quick access to Rochester.

Delightful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This property is clean and has everything you need. The view of the water from the back of the house was so peaceful! We saw many swans and all sorts of birds. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfy. It was simply delightful!

Fantastic family vacation spot

Cindy was very responsive host starting from accepting our reservations after another VRBO host had to cancel just 6 weeks before our trip through the whole stay. The house was spotless and welcoming; easy self check in and was available early. Our daughter, son I law and grandson stayed with us. They took the upstairs and we used the downstairs bedroom. We had enough space to spread out but really enjoyed the shared spaces. Especially loved the outdoors. The grandson enjoyed fishing, kayaking with mom and loved the swing. The last thing he did before heading for the airport was go for a final swing. The location was perfect for us, less than 5 miles from family in Hilton which made our time with them very easy. Also easy access from the parkway but only rarely heard any traffic noise when outside. The house is well equipped. We had a great stay, hope to rent again for future family visits and highly recommend.

In town for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The location and accommodations were perfect!

Lovely property on the creek, even in November. The house was well equipped and so clean! We'd love to come back again.

Quiet area and cozy house

1500 square ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. It is small but nicely laid out. Lovely sun room and outdoor patios and yard. Even the garage is clean! Quiet family oriented neighborhood. Dock on the creek which opens to Braddock bay. Stayed 2.5 weeks and will return. Cynthia is a wonderful host.

Nice, quaint lake house

We were a family of 4 and they had 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. It was perfect for us. The house was close to Lake Ontario and you could fish off the pier in the backyard. The owner provided fishing gear and tackle, had a canoe and kayak to use as well. The process was very smooth to check in to the house. We did a, day trip to Toronto and another to Cooperstown, both a 3-hour drive away. We enjoyed our week here.

Relaxing Stay

Very cozy, extremely clean property. Perfect for our small family stay. Close to a Wegmans and ~12 minutes from the beach; ~18 minutes from Rochester Downtown. We had a great time relaxing by the peaceful water!

Slice of paradise

Absolutely loved staying at this cottage. It was perfect. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The extra garage space and the refrigerator out there was an added bonus. We loved the dart board too. We spent so much time hanging out on the beautiful deck in the back which overlooks a huge yard and a beautiful creek. My two young boys fished every single day and caught multiple fish. There’s a little bit of seaweed around the dock but plenty of fish hanging out in there. We also took the canoe up the creek as well to fish. If you go to the right and stay on the side towards the lily pads, you’ll find some big fish there. The neighbors were so nice. The guy next-door even let my boys use one of his fishing lures. We had one rainy day while there and sitting in the screened-in porch area was perfect. So many different areas of the house to hang out. Cindy was amazing to work with. Always communicated with us and answered any questions we had. Gave us great advice on some local hangouts. We explored so many different areas around there and the area is truly a hidden gem. We will absolutely book here again if we make our way back and I would highly recommend it to anybody. We were sad to leave this place. Thanks for everything Cindy.

It's exactly what I want for retirement and will share with my VBRO community in the meantime until I am ready to relocate there. I am doing my best to beautify the property and add amenities to make the stay enjoyable. Property is well maintained and house is in pristine condition.

Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and a nice environment to relax and enjoy the view. You may see fisherman floating by, a paddle board or the Beaver and tons of birds. My guests will enjoy a nice week of work and/or play in this peaceful serene location.

Very few properties for rent on Salmon Creek. This is a great getaway for vacation or work away from home. A quiet and friendly neighborhood. There is always something to see on the bay from wildlife to boaters to kayakers!
