Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This stunningly decorated 2-bedroom villa is just steps away from Harbourtown. The open-concept living space offers breathtaking views of the Calibogue Sound. Walking in on the first level, you are met with a spacious living room with comfy couches. Open to the living room is the dining area, which has an adjacent bar cart and seats six comfortably at the table and two at the bar. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal for the family. Right under the staircase is a powder room.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a balcony to take in the Calibogue Sound. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a king bedroom with an ensuite featuring a combination tub and shower.

Heading outside, take a seat on the patio and enjoy the views. Also just steps away in Harbour Town is the all-new Quarterdeck, the best dining venue to enjoy Hilton Head Island’s fabulous sunsets. Located next to the iconic lighthouse, the restaurant features a bar and dining area on the first floor and a rooftop oyster bar with 270-degree views of Harbour Town and Calibogue Sound. It also places you in the perfect spot to enjoy Hilton Head Island's icon, Gregg Russell's, concerts.

Notice: The building at 729 Schooner Court will undergo roof, gutter, and HVAC replacement from October 6, 2025, through December 8, 2025. Construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, weather permitting. No noisy work will begin before 8 AM.

Rent price includes: Rental Rate, Hospitality Program, Beach Gear Credit, Booking Processing Fees, and Departure Clean. Your Luxury Concierge is included with no additional cost.

This was a great property in a location that was easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The view from the back of the place was amazing and one of the main reasons why we chose this property. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Island Time rental company was great to with. Would definitely stay here again.

Impeccable apartment in Harbor Town

The place has been painstakingly renovated and looks like a model home. Well done! The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms as well. The view of the Calibogue Sound water in the back is lovely. Even tho Harbor Town is busy, there is also a lot to do within steps of the unit.

The interior space was very clean and freshly decorated. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. The small outdoor space needs a little TLC...the patio furniture cushions were stained and landscaping/pavers need to be tended to. Terrific views though!

The only 2 improvements that I would suggest would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the unit and a gas grill. The rental agency was extremely attentive, probably the best customer service that I’ve received from an agency in the 30+ years that I’ve been coming down here. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!!

It was updated, clean, quiet, and complete with a wide array of kitchen supplies to make eating in very easy and convenient, along with other amenities and convenient parking. There is a lot to do in the area within walking distance or only short drives away. We would definitely stay there again. Island Time Hilton Head is great to work with. They make the process very easy. They are thorough, response and accommodating. We would book with them again.
