This recently updated one-bedroom unit is freshly updated with all-new furnishings and amenities. Situated among a collection of four units, it can be booked individually or together for larger gatherings or events. Little Coconut features a convenient kitchenette for light meal preparation, along with a small work desk. The Queen bed boasts a Sealy pillow top mattress and high-quality linens, while the tasteful decor and spacious layout ensure a comfortable stay. The shower is equipped with a luxurious rainfall shower head, adding to the indulgence. An additional cot can be provided upon request for an extra guest (additional $25 fee applies).

After a day of exploration, unwind in the shared courtyard space, complete with a BBQ area, outdoor table and chairs, and a cozy fire pit for cooler evenings. The fully fenced yard offers privacy and serenity.

For pet owners, there are two faux grassy areas within the private courtyard for your furry companions, and the Canini Club Dog Park is conveniently located about 1 mile away.

Just a block away, don't miss the remarkable Bay Park redevelopment, featuring 14 acres of rejuvenated green space, the impressive Ibis playground, Common Ground lawns, the scenic Mangrove Bayou Walkway, an outdoor Reading Room, and an ADA-accessible paddle launch. We provide a starter kit of supplies; to include 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 2 dryer sheets, and 2 dishwasher pods. For long term stays, you would purchase your preference of supplies needed.

Also provided are 2 sets of towels per person with an extra set in each bedroom closet along with an extra set of bed linens. Additional towels or linens are available upon request for a fee.

Beach items can also be checked out. If items go missing or are damaged a $25 fee will be charged to the responsible party. Please advise of items needed at the time of booking to ensure the items are placed in your unit prior to your arrival.

Cots are available for $25 fee please request at booking depending on availability.

Monthly and long-term stay discounts depending on season.
For our guests that stay a month or more we will have management do a two week check in and a light cleaning at a discounted rate of $75 or a mutually agreed cleaning service.

We love your furry family members and welcome them. We have a 15 lbs. maximum and charge $99 per pet. Please pick up all dog waste. A fee of $50 will be applied for waste left behind. We require pets are crated when you are not at your unit. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one in the unit.

The outside premises have 24-hour protection cameras.

Please note that City ordinance prohibits parking of any truck, trailer, tractor trailer, trailer body, mobile home, house trailer, camper trailer, bus or any similar vehicle or equipment on any street within any residential zone between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily.

~For our guests that stay one month or more we ask for a 2 week check in and a light cleaning at a discounted rate of $75 for cleaners that we provide (normally the cleaning fee is $175), or a mutually agreed upon cleaning service.

~Only septic-safe toilet paper can be used and a plumbing service charge by the plumbers will be applied if sanitary products, paper towels, wipes and diapers are disposed of in the toilets.

~We had the property jetted and all lines cleared on 04/05/2023; if a plumber has to be called out to unclogged a unit's pipes it will be at the expense of the guest.

~There is a $500 fine for undisclosed pets (service pets with documentation excluded)

~If the guests do not pick up dog waste there will be a fee of $50 that will be charged.

~Please crate your pets when you are not at your unit. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one in the unit.

~We require valid govt id for each guest at booking.

~If early check-in or late check out is needed, please advise upon booking, as it will need to be scheduled with the cleaners. There is a $50 fee.

~We have a strict nonsmoking policy inside the units.

~Smoking/vaping is restricted to the fire pit/BBQ area.

~There is a $500 fine for smoke inside the unit and a $250 fine for smoking around the shared courtyard if smoking outside the firepit/BBQ area.

~Upon booking please advise if beach items are needed. We will provide, towels, umbrella and chairs. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
