The Breezy Knoll House is a cozy ranch home in Old Mystic CT. This beautiful home is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood 2 miles from downtown. There is so much to explore in Mystic including the Seaport, aquarium, downtown Mystic know for its shops and dining, and so much more! It’s a short 15 minute drive to local beaches or 25 minutes to Misquamicut.

This is the ideal place for families or group of friends. We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Pets must be vaccinated and current with flea and tick prevention. Dogs must be crated if left unattended for any period of time. Please reach out before reserving if you wish to travel with your dog.

There is a fully equipped kitchen for guests who prefer to dine in. There are three bedrooms on the main level with one full bath. The finished basement boasts an additional bedroom, a second living room, and a laundry area.

Guests will have access to the entire home including fenced in garden.

Other things to note:
Only the guests listed on your reservation are allowed on the property unless discussed in advance. Our maximum capacity is 7 including children.

We welcome families traveling with children. Please be aware that our home is not child proof. Child locks, gates, cribs, monitors etc. will not be provided.

Four vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Guests are not permitted to park on the street.

We have a strict noise policy. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. Disturbances to our neighborhood will not be tolerated.
