Just like home!

The cutest little cottage, in the country. Easy access to and from Waco. Super hospitable hosts. Hannah was very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Very lovely cottage - clean, comfortable, and attractive! Very convenient for our visit with family in China Spring, but it would have also been easy to get to all of the Waco attractions. Definitely recommend!

Cozy

We enjoyed our stay at the Rock Creek Cottage. It is a little further outside of the Baylor/Magnolia bubble than we thought it would be, but we were thankful for a cozy, comfortable and quite stay during the hustle and bustle of graduation. We appreciated the goodies and are always relieved to find a well stocked coffee station.

Eclipse Adventure

We were extremely impressed by the many small amenities provided. Not just the hair dryer in the bathroom, but candy, games, bottled water, coffee with sugar/creamer, the grill AND everything you needed to start the grill and cook with. The smores kit was really cute. What most impressed us was the lovely rural location. Just going by the picture I thought we would be in a suburb type neighborhood. Instead, we're in the country with a field of wild flowers in the backyard. I believe you should take a picture of the field while the bluebonnets are in bloom and use that in the VRBO listing. Two minor things. A window pane on the side of the house for the front bedroom has a crack. When I took a shower there was no place to hang the towel by the shower. I suggest a small hook be placed under the window. In summation, this was one of the most pleasant vacation experiences my friend and I have ever had. We've been friends for over 50 years, so that's a LOT of vacations we've taken. This ranks as one of the best.

Girls Weekend

This little house was just perfect for relaxing and catching up with a friend. It is a little ways outside of Waco, but the trip in is very easy. I loved doing things in Waco and then escaping out to the country to relax — best of both worlds. I’ll come again.

Just as cute as the pictures

The property is just as cute as the photos suggest. It’s 15 minutes from downtown Waco and the Silos district. The property is clean and neat, the mattresses are comfy, and the home is perfectly appointed with great furnishings, all the necessities, and great outdoor spaces. Can’t say enough!

Great place to stay near Waco

A wonderful property with everything to make us feel at home! The location was great - had a country-feel and easy to get to/from Waco. Loved relaxing on the back porch with the amazing view. Can't wait to visit again!

Perfect location for Waco weekend

We stayed the the cottage for our daughter's Baylor graduation. It was the perfect location as Waco tends to get quite crowded on the weekends and with Baylor special events. The drive is quick, 15 min. or so to campus. The cottage itself was perfect in every way. Clean, cozy, and water/snacks were there upon arrival. We really appreciated the s'mores ingredients and my kids loved gathering around the firepit at night. My mom, aunts and I are already planning a girls' weekend getaway at the cottage in the near future!

Girl trip for birthday

This was the perfect getaway for a girl Magnolia trip. The house and property was perfect for our purpose. If the weather was nicer we could have had a great place for chilling by a bonfire after dinner. I would recommend for a small girl trip or a couple getaway.

Good stay

The house is really cute and I loved waking up to the view. They responded to all my questions really fast! There's a list in the house of all the places around to visit. I would definitely recommend staying here, just don't arrive late at night, it's scary for the first time lol 😂 Thank you for having us we truly appreciate yall ❤️

Loves this country home!

We loved our stay. The home was super clean and very cute. We felt so pampered with all the thoughtful details. From the bottled water to all the extra snacks. We were even able to enjoy the fire pit under the beautiful bright stars one night. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Waco and wanting to experience a country feel. We are looking forward to coming back soon.
