Infinity Pool- Endless Views- 2 Bedroom Villa

We are a 3 Acre Luxury Vacation Rental Property with an Award Winning Coffee Farm comfortably nestled on the slopes of Hualalai overlooking Kailua-Kona.
The Koya Suite is located on the South side of the villa and has its own separate entrance. All rooms in the Koya Suite overlook the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck, infinity pool+Jacuzzi .
We also provide Car rental service: Tesla Model Y 5-7 seats. There is charger on the property so you do not need to worry about gas!

We have a brand new split system AC and heating in every room and living room.

The Koya Suite is located on the Nouth side of the villa and has its own separate entrance (that is the entire right side of the house as shown in the opening image).

All rooms in the Koya Suite overlook the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck and infinity pool. The master bedroom has two queen beds– when you awake you can see 30 miles of the Kona coastline and ocean from your bed - often along with 55 mile visibility to the horizon. It has an attached private master bath with a large soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features one king bed. It has its own bath right besides it .

There is also a laundry room with a queen-size bed, luggage storage, and modern full-size washer/dryers.

The enormous gourmet Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room has every amenity a chef could want. The Koya Suite is about 1,800 sq ft and the deck and pool easily adds another 1,000.

We offer 3 beds/2 baths as well as a large couch. We offer a true gourmet kitchen - beach towels, boogie boards, ice coolers, ironing boards, laundry detergent – almost everything that you could think of.

Please note that on Tuesdays, there is pool maintenance that takes place. We also have a ground maintenance man on site working in the garage and roastery from 7am-3pm Monday through Friday who works on maintenance and cleaning of vehicles.

If you want to skip the long line at car rental. We also wanted to let you know that we have 2 brand new Tesla Model Y's (5/7 seaters) available for rent if you're looking for a stylish and comfortable vehicle to explore the island!

Free charging is available on the property. Fully charged vehicle can take you anywhere on the island round trip. Do not need to worry about gas price anymore!

Delivery to and from Kona International Airport is available for an additional fee.
