When you enter the home, you'll be greeted with a relaxing living room, grand kitchen, and perfect breakfast space. A private washroom is to the left when you first walk onto the second floor. The comfy bedrooms are on the third floor of the home. The entire home is your space to recline and retreat until it's time to hit the sheets.

The Common Areas include a:

The entire property is yours to retreat except for the two maid’s closets; one being located in the third floor’s linens closet and the other being the kitchen pantry.

- Your group can park up to four cars on the premises (two-car garage, two-car driveway)
- If you choose to park on the street, then please follow all public and private parking signs to avoid getting towed.

Long-term stays
- Long-term stays are allowed
- However, stays more than 28 days require a signed guest agreement.

Safety
- This home is equipped with external cameras that record video and audio: A camera at the front of the house pointing at the driveway, one pointing at the backyard, and another at the front door. There are no cameras inside the house.
