This two bedroom, two bath, first floor flat has three TVs, private garage, sleeper sofa, and is fully furnished for your Florida vacation. The recently updated unit is beautifully attired for a relaxing, fun, beach vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private patio facing the lagoon. The large second bedroom features two queen size beds. Pack your fun-in-the-sun attitude, and get ready to enjoy the beautiful beach and historic St. Augustine.

The place was super clean and very comfortable. Everything we needes was there from the fully stocked kitchen to the bathrooms. This was my favorite place to stay. The king bed was very comfortable and my daughter said the her full size bed in the second bedroom the the most comfortable of all the places we have stayed there. I highly recommend this unit and will be the first place i look for in future visits.

Couldn’t ask for better accommodations

Great Family-Friendly Condo

We love Sea Winds. It's in a great location, right on the beach, close to local restaurants, only 10-15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Frank & Lucy have beautiful, well-furnished units and are great to work with. Our extended family comes together every summer. Very family-friendly environment!

Spring Break at St Augustine Beach

This was a perfect place for our family. My husband and I spent the days at the beach while the teens went back and forth to the pool and beach. We used the little kitchen for breakfast and lunch. They had what we needed for those meals. The Winn Dixie was convenient. Dinner restaurants were all close by. We went into the city a few times and it was about 20 minutes. We took an uber once and it was only 20. I would totally come back and stay here again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Quaint, Spacious, & Comfortable

First floor entrance with 2 queen beds in the second bedroom made this condo REALLY comfortable for our family of 5. Even though it is right next to pool, it was very quiet and if we had usedb the pool, it would have been very convenient. Great location on A1A, near the Publix, restaurants, and beach shopping. We enjoyed the walking distance to great coffee shops for a great morning walk. Condo is very clean and nicely decorated.

Family Reunion

Excellent location! Updated unit, very clean. Just need to new beach towel, umbrellas all broken and beach wagon. Loved having washer and dryer in unit. If you can add some Tupperware so you can take food to the beach. Will be re-booking soon.

Wildlife on the lagoon was an unexpected treat!

Plus, the beach was easily accessible even for our 4-year-old granddaughter. Very comfortable living room furniture and a clean space — good place to stay!

Sooo peaceful!!!

It was great! Needed some quiet time. The condos have a water lagoon right in back yard. Its not for playing in but the wildlife sure enjoyed it. I cant really put into words the calmness that i found there. Much needed. Well worth the drive. Beautiful place close enough to everything.

Perfect!

What a wonderful space! The condo was clean, spacious, well-equipped to accommodate our desire to combine both work and play. Couches and bed were so comfortable (and I'm picky about bed comfort) and waking up to the beautiful canal view every morning was a dream. Location could not be better...we walked the beach every night and to local restaurants. Hosts Frank and Lucy were wonderful and helpful as we were getting settled in. Would not hesitate to book again. Wonderful!

Nice Sea Winds Condo

We had a great time at the beach! The complex is clean and well taken care of, we did not use the pool but it looked nice also. Frank is a very attentive host, for example: the living room tv went out one evening and Frank arranged for a new tv to be delivered and set up the very next morning! The furniture is in good condition and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Very easy checkin and checkout. Had all the amenities we could ask for ! Would go back again! Wish the beach had been a little closer “, seemed like a longer walk than described in the Vrbo listing but all in all it was very nice and clean !! And the pool was very close
