Great location --just 1.5 Blocks to the Beach and Boardwalk! This charming two floor apartment in a single family house is priced right for your vacation!

This cottage has a wonderful front screened porch great for relaxing, reading, people watching and refreshments. The Living Room is spacious and the large Kitchen is well equipped with a very nice dining room area.

All three Bedrooms are on the second floor. Two bedrooms with Queens, one bedroom with a Double. The hall bathroom is on the second floor shower/tub combination.

High speed wireless internet, smart TV, air conditioners. Coined operated laundry in the basement. Parking for TWO at rear of cottage.

Great location and property. It is about a two block walk to the boardwalk with tons of shops and restaurants near by. A river with a fishing dock is one block over and the bay is about a mile away. So much to do within walking distance. Everything was clean upon arrival and we especially appreciated the closed in porch. There was an issue with the toilet flapper and the company was very responsive and fixed it within 24 hrs.

The apartment was clean and welcoming. The rooms are small. We felt cramped with 4 adults and 1 child. There are no locks on bedroom or bathroom doors which is a problem with young children. The kitchen and dining room space is very nice. However, none of the stove burners could be turned down from "high."

Small but Cozy

We were there for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend. Everything we wanted was with in walking distance. The property was clean and had cute decor. We enjoyed time on the enclosed screened in porch. Six women and one bathroom was a little sketchy, but we made it work. The only thing I would say that needs attention is the tub does not drain properly. It would take hours for it to drain after we were taking showers. So yes, some of us were stepping in others dirty water to be able to shower. But that’s an easy fix and I would totally stay there again.

Perfect Stay

This property was awesome. Close to everything! Literally minutes to the water, shopping and restaurants. We loved the big screened in front porch. The 2 private parking spot in the rear of the home are also very convenient. Would stay here again. Keep in mind to bring your own linens, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. They do an excellent job letting you know in the listing.

Great spot, perfectly nice unit

Great location, big kitchen, clean, nice screened-in porch. We were a little worried about it being a unit carved out of an older house that itself didn't seem super big, but we rarely saw or heard the neighbors, the unit was spacious enough for four, and none of us felt it was too rustic. A super short walk to the beach (just note it's a crowded stretch of the beach because it's in the heart of town; upside, bathrooms!) and an equally short walk to restaurants, nightlife, etc. The only downside is that the check-in and -out was out on route 1, so it feels that you lose a beach day on the front end by the need to go pick up the key at 2pm, and you lose another on the back end to drop it off by 10am, because who on earth wants to fight Route 1 traffic twice on each of those two Saturdays. It doesn't make a lot of sense: guests are allowed to check out early by putting the keys (so old fashioned :)) in a box outside the rte 1 office. The rental company has an office downtown - unclear why they couldn't put said box at their downtown office so you can drop off the keys then continue to enjoy the day downtown. (Then put the burden of moving the keys on one employee vs every one of their guests.) Aside from feeling like we lost those two days due to logistics, the place was great.

Great rental!

Lovely little beach condo! Well-described, well-equipped, and nicely maintained in a perfect location. Large kitchen, decent living room, nice screened porch. The bedrooms and the one bathroom are all quite small, we were comfortable with 4 people, 6 would be a squeeze. Managed by a local realtor so easy communication and support if needed. We would definitely return!
