I found the property to be a good value relative to the price and would stay there again. The living room and kitchen are specious, bedrooms are adequate but not large, the bathrooms are modern and seem recently renovated. The central AC functioned very well. I don't think it would have any issue keeping up with the hottest summer day and/or a large group.Entrance to the property is behind another business. While it does not offer curb appeal, it is well maintained and well lit at night. Having dedicated, off street, covered parking is a plus. The map in the posting is not fully accurate. It has great proximity to Rehoboth Ave and is about .4 miles to the beach. Other than a grocery store run, we had no need to use our car the remainder of our stay.As others noted, bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels are not included. This was not an issue for us as it was just two of us traveling so we had room in the car to bring our own. Please note the mattresses are very tall (also comfortable), so bring deep pocket sheets. For larger families, you may wish to look into a local linen service if you don't have a large vehicle to pack all the extra stuff.

This penthouse was the best! It was much more spacious than the pics, and the porch was much bigger as well; it quickly became one of our favorite hang out spots all weekend. The floors were a bit sandy when we got there but otherwise the place was very clean. We did have an issue with the AC our first night but Kathryn was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. The location was so perfect, walking distance to the beach and all the local spots. Having to bring our own pillows/linens/towels was kind of a hassle but did not take away from the overall experience. Would love to stay again!

Property was beautiful and clean. Right on the main strip of restaurants and shops. 2 blocks from beach! Condo is exactly as advertised. With 4 young kids ages ranging 1-10 we had an amazing time.

The place was lovely and conveniently located. The only negative feedback I have at all is that we had to provide our bedding, pillows, and towels. I didn't notice any mention of that in the property description and found that to be a large annoyance after making the non-refundable (and not cheap) booking. That inconvenience aside, it was great.

Wonderful location at a fair price. Walking distance to beach, dining, and shops. Apartment was spacious and clean. The 2 covered parking spots directly under the apartment was a huge bonus. Easy check-in, check- out. As indicated in the lisiting, it appears that the apartment was recently updated. However, some of the work was done quite carelessly: paint on the floor tiles, toilet paper holder screwed on crooked, etc. Nothing that affected our stay in a major way, just sort of sloppy looking. It was nice to have a washer & dryer in the apartment. We were not able to find a broom anywhere, which would have been helpful for the inevitable sand that came back from the beach. The biggest dowside of this apartment is that you are expected to bring your own towels and bedding. This information is not posted in the listing and was relayed to us after booking. Overall, I would recommend.

A few friends and I stayed here for a beach weekend. The place was perfect for us - parking close to the beach, right off the main strip of restaurants and shops. The owner was communicative and let us know a few weeks beforehand what all would be provided and what we’d need to bring.

Perfect location! Large condo with comfortable furniture. Great appliances in the kitchen but if you are a cook, bring a knife and a sauté pan. Otherwise, amazing stay. We enjoyed the deck, which is bigger than it looks in the photos. Would stay again.

Great location and super clean! I love how each bedroom had a queen bed so everyone was comfortable! I wish they they provided the basics like pillows, sheets and towels because it was inconvenient when our family members forgot some items. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Location was great near the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was really nice and open and had private space for everyone. Owner communicated well and was very accomadating.

Great spot for tween/teen families

TLDR; Ten stars, quite place close to ocean, highly recommend renting here. We hope to be able to again. If we could give ten stars we could. The location is extremely close to the boardwalk and ocean, making it easy to get to shops, eating, and dining. The photos were a true representation of the place. We booked approx. 4-5 months before our stay, and the host was always communicative with questions during that time and during our stay. There were 4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 18 months old. Checkin instructions were very easy and the automated door lock was such a breeze for us. This was one of the many reasons we let the teens have some time on the boardwalk without us- they could easily get in and we had no fear of losing keys. The bedrooms and bathrooms were your typical sized rooms, and the appliances are pretty new, which helped us to keep up with drying wet towels (there is a washer and dryer) and having dinner and breakfast at the location almost every morning (stove, keurig, decent size fridge; saving quite a bit of money). Parking spots were PERFECT. Parking is a high commodity in the area, and we were so thankful to have COVERED PARKING. We were shocked at how quiet the area was, given close proximity to the boardwalk, Oceanus, and Rehoboth Ave. Overall, this place went above our expectations. And highly recommend staying here. We hope to again in the future.

great stay! bigger than i expected and very clean. everything was great. some things i expected to be provided (like bath mats and trash bags) but it was fine and we truly enjoyed our time here. ty :)
