I thought the property was exactly as described.I was a little nervous about how busy the building and area seemed but it was great! The building was quiet and the walkability was amazing!I would stay here again.

Can’t beat how close this place is to Waikiki Beach and the parking garage was a definite plus!! Building is a little dated, but definitely serviceably sound and 24/7 security was an unexpected bonus. Had plenty of cooking items to make meals as well as a good fridge. There is coin laundry on each level, which was great for our week long stay. The futon requires a sense of humor to sleep on as the bar down the center requires some creativity. The other two sleeping beds were fine. Having beach chairs and a waterproof beach bag was a nice touch. Would have loved to have had a thermostat that we could control for more comfortable days (note that the thermostat would come on at night to 69, which was just right), boogie boards that weren’t broken, and a dustpan. Pretty small things in the big scheme of things. It was a great place to stay for our vacation!

Best Week Ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Birthday Surprise for my 12 y/o daughter; we waited a year to finally visit Oahu. Location is great; 2 blocks from shopping and 2 blocks from Ala Wai canal. Clean and plenty of space for the 3 of us. No noise from traffic at Waikiki Beach. Make sure you follow directions on picking up your key fob and parking pass; show your pass each day to the attendant when you exit. Will definately be booking for our next trip. Do not rent a large SUV and lots of parking on level 5 all the time. Met the entire baseball team from Kaui on our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was located on the 11th floor right in front of the elevator doors but we did not hear noise from the hallway or elevators. Despite its location, it was convenient.This condo could benefit from some improvements. The floor surface was very sticky and the drains in the bath sink and tub were clogged so that we had standing water that would eventually drain.,The bed was comfortable and there was good AC.The building is in a great location away from the busy Waikiki traffic and easily accessible to a park and the beach by foot. There are many restaurants also easily accessible by foot. Unless improvements were made to this unit, we would not stay here again. This condo has great potential.

Clean 1Bd Condo close to Waikiki

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 1Bd. condo is perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids under 10-11 years old.Very clean with almost all you might need for some short cooking, beds are comfortable (the futon in living is on the hard side, I love it).Condo comes with a parking included.They really need to get a new vacuum, the old one is over 20 years old and there is almost no power. No matter what you do, there will be sand so if you want to clean it the brumm will b3 your best bet. There is tile in the hole Condo so be ready to wear slacks or get dirty because there is no nothing to clean that tile if you want to.A few more extra towels will be nice This is a known problem in that building. Furniture is a mix between old used chairs and new table and TV stand. Some chairs and 1-2 boards will be nice and not expensive. Overall very pleased.
