All season fun here! If you enjoy a summer getaway, Edinboro has its own little beach for your enjoyment! Bring a boat or rent one! If its winter you like, head back over to the lake for some ice fishing! Or take a 10 minute drive to the ski resort. So much fun can be found in this little town. Or all the more within a 20 minute drive to Erie! Make the best of your stay here. We hope you find it as perfectly cozy as we do! Fun and relaxing in one! Memories waiting to be made!

The unit was easy to access, and everything inside was easy to find/use. All kitchen cupboards were labeled, good instruction booklet in the family room for TV, towels, trash, etc. Host comms were prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy and Close to Everything!

We’ve stayed here before and will stay here again! It’s super convenient, always clean, has all the necessities you might need during a stay away from home, and the owners couldn’t be kinder and more accommodating. Five stars!

This small house was perfect for 2 couples. Wish it was actually beside the lake but it’s a couple blocks from the lake. Very clean and great location near town and not far from I-79.

Great cottage

This was a great little place that we used for my daughter’s graduation weekend. Clean, surprisingly roomy, and all the essentials we could have ever needed.

The property is well kept and very cozy. Everything is easy to find or figure out. Nice area, easy to go for a stroll by the lake. Close to the beach/playground, plenty of options if you’d like to paddle on the water.

Cozy Cottage

This cottage had everything we needed: beds, a bathroom, towels, fully stocked kitchen (including spices and condiments), Wi-Fi, TV and Roka in each room, a deck, gas grill, firepit, a hammock, and games! There is plenty of seating in the living room, and the location is only 2 blocks from the lakefront. My only complaints would be that it's right off the main drag, so being outside was noisy and not relaxing. For being a small town, there is consistent traffic on 6N. As a tall couple, the master bed was smaller (queen or full) that what would be most ideal, and the mattress and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable - so much so that my shoulders and hips would ache if I laid on my side for too long. I would suggest bringing your own pillows if you have specific needs like I do. All that being said, the owner was great with communication and I would totally come back for another stay!

4 blocks to the Lake

This is a quiet little house, that is 4 blocks to a lake and boat launch. Driving to things are easy to do and easy to find. House is clean and easy to find. The owners have everything you could want or need.

Perfect Getaway!!

What a cute cottage! The house was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need. There were plenty of extra towels (even beach towels which we used on our trip to Splash Lagoon)! The beds were very comfortable. The kids’ room was filled with plenty of toys and games to keep the kids occupied when they were “bored”. The Roku tvs in each room were easy to log into and we were able to use our own subscriptions to watch movies and shows. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Presque Isle, Splash Lagoon, and other attractions in Erie. Many stores and shops are located less than a 5 minute drive away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood right by the lake, and a playground is also within walking distance. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. She even sent a “treat” to the house for our kids, which was unexpected and so thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay for a weekend or even longer. Great for families!

Edinboro/Erie vacation

Excellent location in a small community which was convenient to city of Erie. Very friendly neighbors. Property was clean, neat, functional and well maintained. Only complaint was neighbors dogs which of course do what dogs do, and that is bark. However I am accustomed to that so it did not bother me as it did my friend who is a cat lover.

Awesome Cottage - Great for Families!

Absolutely loved the cottage. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything that you might need, and cupboards were neatly labeled so everything was so easy to find! The space didn't seem small at all and perfectly accommodated our large family of seven. The kids loved the games and activities available in their room. We didn't have time to enjoy the back yard, but it looked very nice with the fire pit and furniture/hammock. Road noise from the main road was a bit noisy when outside, but not noticible at all indoors. Aside from that, the neighborhood is nice with just a short walk to the lake and playground.

Cute, Clean & Comfortable!

What a wonderful and tastefully decorated small home in a nice lake neighborhood! The quick 4 minute walk to beach and park, plus the fenced in back yard make this a perfect place to rent with a family of little ones. Quick drive to Walmart, Dollar General & many other businesses close by, but the place is so well equipped and stocked that you may never need it. Communication by the owner, Jessica, was top notch! A deck is being added and the job has gone longer than hoped. Jessica was sure to give us a heads up and was so willing to accommodate us with a voluntary refund because of the inconvenience. Amazing!! Would definitely return.

Will reserve again!

Jessica and Carl have an incredibly adorable, CLEAN, and charming home!!! As hosts, they were both accommodating and communicative, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Over the last ten years, we’ve rented several lakeside houses and none have met the standard they set for their place; we will most definitely be renting again next year! Thank you for a great stay!!
