- Silver Lake is an inland spring-fed lake that flows out into the Kalamazoo River and then into Lake Michigan. During certain times of the year, Silver Lake can get a bit green with algae. The home's landscaper will clear the algae every few weeks, but this is an act of nature that we cannot offer rate adjustments for.
- This home is on a private septic system. To ensure proper function, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush items such as wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials, as they can cause damage or backups.
- This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking.
- The swimming pool liner is fragile and could be punctured or ripped easily. Please do not bring any glass or sharp objects into the pool area.
