Nestled on the shores of the Saugatuck Harbor, this location is priceless.
Relax on the upper balcony, enjoy stunning views of the water, and watch the endless parade of boats while soaking up the summer sun. The views from the lower porch are just as grand, the perfect setting for making memories with your friends and family.
Step off the balcony and take the path down to the association swimming pool where there are lounge chairs and tables. Fun in the sun awaits! Endless summer activities are at your disposal.
There is plenty to keep you occupied inside this gorgeous condo. Everything is top-end: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, extra large windows, and numerous small details that make this place amazing. The sofa is a great place to curl up and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Of course, the sounds of the harbor will always be there to soothe you.
Not to be missed is all the excitement of both downtown Saugatuck and downtown Douglas. Just a few short blocks away you will find boutiques, fine and casual dining, art galleries, Saugatuck Center for the Arts, the boardwalk, and so much more!
