Awesomeness

I can’t take anything away from this rental. It was great and if I cold stay here again I would. I am not the one to leave reviews, but for this location, it was a must. Great place to relax and everything was near.

Beach and Baseball

Over all we had a great time, and even though we weren’t directly on the beach, the beach access was fairly easy. Not having a closet in the main bedroom was somewhat inconvenient. That’s prob the only thing I saw that could be improved. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!

The parking is horrible. Not enough room to turn your car in the covered spaces and not enough extra spaces to park.

Close to everything!

Our family really enjoyed this property. Close proximity to many different restaurants and a short quick walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to a future stay.

Great Place

Memorial Day Getaway

This property was everything that it was shown to be. My wife, little boy, and I stayed the week of Memorial Day and had the best time. The beach is a short walk away, the pool was clean and convienant, and the room was located perfectly within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The condo had plenty of room and for us, and had everything we needed. I would say it was probably one of my favorite vacation accommodations that I have stayed in due to the layout of the faculty and the proximity to the beach. I would stay again in the future.

Summer Baseball Trip

We stayed at this same property last year. I was happy to see the downstairs, both the kitchen and den updated. We were happy with the property. I would recommend a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom as well as a new mattress. The current fan is very wobbly and the bed is rather uncomfortable. I love the pool at this property. The families were very friendly. Plus you don't come out smelling of chlorine. We would stay here again. Very convenient to everything.

Overall enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed in the Sand Dollar Condos before and really enjoyed ourselves, we have not stayed in this exact property before. We don’t mind the short walk to the beach & lack of beach front view from our room for such a great price. It’s a cozy place that is perfect for a small family or small group of friends wanting to enjoy the beach without breaking the bank. I would not recommend over 5 staying. The only complaint we have over all, was that the pullout couch was not very comfy. But, we made do & know that a pullout couch isn’t going to sleep like a normal bed! Overall would recommend if you’re a easy going group willing to walk a short distance to the beach & don’t mind a few stairs. (The distance to the beach is approx. half a mile. Across 2 parking lots, a short distance on the side walk, and across the street. There is a set of stairs going up to the room and a pretty steep set of stairs in the actual condo.) Chair rentals are very easy if you get up and send one person down early (we sent someone down at 7am) the first morning you are there to put your name down. The chairs are $30 for a set(2 chairs and an umbrella) for a day. They will check on you often and move your umbrella if needed. You can rent for whichever days you want the first morning & pay later (with cash or check) when your group goes down to the beach. You can take your own chairs down & sit up closer to the water than the chair rentals or you can take a tent & set up behind the back row of chair rentals. There’s a place on the beach very close to do banana boat rides, parasailing, etc. Overall the beach spot is convenient and easy to enjoy!!

Great Location

Very well satisfied! Bottom floor had been renovated and very nice ! Top floor with bedrooms was still in excellent condition even though not renovated or updated ! Excellent location even though across the street from beach ! Can walk to several eating places and has a market that has anything u need a half block away ! Definitely would stay again !
