This spacious home is perfect for families or groups, offering comfort and tranquility. With three bedrooms and the capacity to sleep up to nine people, everyone will have their own space to unwind.

- Enjoy direct access to the lake from the private dock, perfect for fishing or simply relaxing by the water. Please note that the water immediately around the dock is naturally shallow. Guests looking to swim will find deeper water farther from the shoreline.

★★INITIAL SUPPLIES★★

We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Pets without permission will incur a $1,000 fine. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor garbage can.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.
