South Padre Island Paradise - South Padre Island TX STR Permiso # 2018-633164

Los huéspedes anteriores han disfrutado especialmente: nuestra ubicación; camas cómodas (camas king en las dos habitaciones); 1100 pies cuadrados de confort espacioso y bien decorado; cocina bien equipada; almacenamiento generoso (despensa y armarios); conveniente acceso a la playa; proximidad a los principales restaurantes y atracciones de la isla (i. e. Louis ', Laguna Bob's, Tequila Sunset, Marlin pintado en la bahía y Boomerang Billy's en la playa). Los techos superiores a la media mejoran la sensación de amplitud.

Esta casa perteneció originalmente a uno de los primeros desarrolladores de South Padre Island. Fue sacado de la playa y colocado sobre pilotes de hormigón. Posteriormente agregamos el apartamento de abajo.

Los propietarios reservan el piso de arriba para nuestro propio uso. La administración del propietario elimina las costosas tarifas de administración, lo que resulta en tarifas competitivas.

Absolutely loved our time at this beach rental! The location couldn't be better – walking distance from the sand. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

Great Stay!

It was a smooth process and we were very happy with the house. It was a really quick walk to a public beach access point. We love going to South Padre and we will definitely use this place again for future visits!

Our second home

We love the warm cozy feel of the house. Our kids enjoy it so much. This place feels like our beach house, we wish we could come every weekend.

This house is a great place to stay located close to the beach. Owner was always available for questions and the place is exactly as shown on site. Very clean and the right size for a small family. Located very close to many restaurants and fun activities that are walking distance. Hope to be back soon!

Quaint and Cute

113 Marlin was the perfect accommodation for a get away with my daughter. It was close to the beach as well as the bay to watch sunsets. The hosts are friendly and gracious. Not much “seating area” outdoors, however, there were only 2 of us so it worked just fine.

Perfect location

This is a fantastic place to stay. Every pratical utensil you need to cook is in the kitchen. Beds are super comfy. Owners are upstairs & available for recommending things to do or places to eat. The house is off the main road which is nice there is less traffic. The beach may be a 3 minutes stroll. When we return to SPI, we will stay!

Great Little Place & Location

Love it and worth it!

The house was beautiful, clean, and very well put together. We were able to come and go as we wanted and the access beach was just steps away. We also had the best view on watching the fireworks from the porch. I will be back next time. Thank you so much for making our well needed vacation great memory during this pandemic.

Great place to stay

We had such a great time. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The house was perfect just right for a family of four or two couples. It was very quite and peaceful not a lot of traffic. The owners are very easy to work with, we were going to get to SP early so check with them to see we could get in earlier than 4. With in know time see messaged me back said that we could get in what ever time we wanted that because no one was staying there before us. Which was very nice. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Will stay there again. And will high recommend it to other people.

We made a last minute decision to take a trip to South Padre. I was pretty sure we were not gonna find anything remotely affordable among the Covid issues and it being a holiday weekend. I was wrong. This place was not only clean and comfortable, it was very affordable and the location to the beach was perfect. Lucy made check in and check out hassle free and was always prompt answering my questions. We will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Will book here again!

The house was the perfect size for my family of 4. It was a beautiful home. Very clean. Lucy was great at communicating with us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and both beds were king size. The location was also perfect. Short walk to the beach/restaurants. She also had a book that had menus for all the restaurants! It was very helpful. We didn’t spend much time at the house but the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook all your meals there. We will definitely try to stay here every time we visit south padre!

HIDDEN GEM!! PICTURES DON'T DO IT JUSTICE

This beautiful condo is spacious, well appointed, and sparkling clean. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed! The kitchen has more than you need to cook great meals and you are also so conveniently located to wonderful restaurants and entertainment. Easy and quick walk to the beach! The owners give you total privacy and are also very helpful when needed. Thanks, Lucy for printing and faxing our document on a Sunday. We can't wait to come back to SPI and stay at your condo again! An Island Gem

It was a home away from home experience. Everything with our stay was a breeze from check-in to location. The home was very clean, well stocked and right across the street to the beach. Close to shops & restaurants. King-size beds were really comfy and the living room was spacious and had games, puzzles and books for use. Outside hoses came in handy! Lucy, the homeowner, was so thoughtful and accommodating. She let us book an extra night last minute and we would’ve stayed longer if we could’ve. The extra beach accessories they had were a nice bonus too. I could go on and on with the positives. We visit the island yearly and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lucy!

Just Perfect.

We had an excellent stay and loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The house was fully equipped and we used the kitchen to cook multiple meals and had everything we needed. The landlady was very kind and attentive and even informed us of fireworks that would be happening in the evening. Highly recommend.

Property was very clean. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen equipped with cookware and dishes. Beach access across the street. This house was perfect. Communication with owner was so awesome. Very welcoming and so nice. We loved it and will definitely stay again. We found our summer vacation spot!

Great Stay

The property was perfect for our family vacation. It is walking distance to the beach and the house had a couple beach chairs and boogie boards to use. We traveled a long distance and did not bring beach accessories, so it was great to have these on hand. The kitchen was well equipped and the A/C worked great. It was very clean! There is a outdoor area to rinse off after visiting the beach. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our stay was was quiet and comfortable. Very easy check-in and check-out. Great communication from owner. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is located in a prime area of the island. Proximity to the beach as well as the bayside and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues makes this an ideal location. The summer fireworks over the Entertainment District can be seen very well from the end of our driveway on Tuesday and Friday nights at 9:15 p.m.
