Refreshing & cozy beach bungalow, 3 minutes to beach & 10 minutes to Flagler!
Enjoy this refreshing beach bungalow in a popular beachside location. The Ocean Breeze Suite has an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. There is one bathroom and one bedroom. The living room also has a couch that folds to a twin-sized futon. The Ocean Breeze Suite comfortably sleeps 2 adults (we allow up to 3 guests including children).
The space
We are located in New Smyrna Beach's "Boardwalk" neighborhood on Beachside. From the property, a beautiful white sand beach (public access beach) is located at the end of our street (only a 5-minute walk). Additionally, Flagler Avenue (shops/restaurants/bars) is less than a half mile walk through our quiet neighborhood (with sidewalks the entire way). We are also a quick 5-minute drive away from Canal Street (additional shops/restaurants).
Guest access
The Ocean Breeze Suite is on the first floor of a two-story guesthouse. The guesthouse has an exterior entrance (there are 2 steps), which leads to a shared space (where guests have access to a washer/dryer). From there, you will find the interior entrance to your unit.
Guests can enjoy the backyard (shared space) which has a grill, outdoor dining table, outdoor seating, and a fire place.

Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.
