About this space
Take in all the Yakima Valley has to offer, and then unwind in this spacious, hillside, basement level guest suite with views that make you feel like you’re on top of the world.

Guests have access to the entire guest suite, including a private entrance and parking. Guests are welcome to use the full-length patio just outside the front door.

Just 9 minutes from SOZO Sports Complex, 16 minutes to downtown Yakima, 16 minutes from Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, 19 minutes from the SunDome and State Fair Park, and 18 minutes from Highway 82, a stay at our suite is perfect when you're here for a purpose, but also desire an escape.

We live upstairs with 2 young kiddos and sometimes get rowdy. We try not to be too disruptive, and ask that you be respectful of our quiet hours.

This property was perfect for our weekend away in Yakima. Carrie was so communicative and helpful with everything! My husband and son loved the pool table and the VIEW - the photos shared, truly don’t do it justice! Spectacular! Will definitely look for this place again on future visits!

If you’re looking to check out Yakima and the valley, this is one heck of a place to stay. First, You get a bird’s eye view of Yakima itself from the VRBO. Second, the VRBO is clean, comfy, and boasts a full pool table! Lastly, the host, Carrie, was so kind and responsive. When my plans changed and I needed to check out earlier than planned, she quickly got me a refund. If I’m ever back in Yakima, I’ll surely be staying here again :)

This place is so awesome! I would recommend it to everyone. It was on the outskirts of Yakima with the best views ever. Super clean home and wonderful host. Everything you could want and more!

Spacious, with amazing views

The suite was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room, comfortable beds and the view was spectacular. The hosts were so friendly, accommodating, and very communicative! It is up on the hill (hence the view), yet also very close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Just checked out from a wonderful extended weekend here. Carrie was fantastic to communicate with. Not only is the view phenomenal, but the couch is comfortable. The beds are decent. We really enjoyed the hammock and sun loungers on the front porch. It was a perfect place to start and wind down from the day. The space met our needs perfectly. I realize there are other properties available that are closer to downtown, but a 10 to 15-minute drive is absolutely worth the peace that this property offers. A couple things to note: The kitchen is small, but has the essentials. No dishwasher, which is okay. The fridge had plenty of ice and supplies filtered water which we really appreciated.If you're planning to sleep in the second bed that's in the open space, I would recommend an eye mask because even with the window shades down, the space gets very bright once the sun comes up. I actually really loved this but if you need darkness, the extra bed is not the bed for you unless you have a sleep mask. Carrie was so sweet to confirm that there was a blow dryer in the bathroom from my use. She also provided a couple snacks in a cute little basket in the kitchen. Not everybody has a heart for hospitality but she does. We had a wonderful stay and I look forward to an opportunity to return!

We go to Yakima quite often and always get a nice motel. This was a wonderful change. The accommodations were very enjoyable, and the view was perfect. We would highly recommend the home. Just don't book it when I go next time. :):)

The views are phenomenal of the valley. The host is amazing; responsive to messages and helpful with restaurant recommendations. She also shared homemade brown butter banana cake that the family had made for themselves and they had a welcome gift bottle of wine for us with a personalized welcome note. The space is the basement of the hosts house so you will hear them above you, particularly the kids running around, but it is not too disruptive and it gets real quiet by bedtime. Would recommend to anyone and we will stay here again when we get back to visit Yakima Wine Valley again.
