Come relax in your own comfortable private 1,500 s.f. Spacious apartment in entire lower half of a large home high on the hills in the West Valley area. It is serene, quiet and comfortable with expansive views of the entire valley. Wake up to see the Ahtanum Hills and Mount Adams.

Enjoy hiking/mountain biking in Cowiche trail right nearby. Great restaurants, breweries, wineries and live music.

The space
Down the stairs on the left side on the outside of my house you'll find your own private entrance to the entire lower level of my home where there is a good size kitchen/ dining area, breakfast bar, pool table, sofa, fireplace, TV, wi-fi, covered patio with patio with dining table and chairs and BBQ and a beautiful view. Kitchen: refrigerator,/freezer, microwave, infection stove top with convection/ toaster oven, diswasher, Elite Keurig, French press, hot pot, teas, coffee pods, a Britta water pitcher in the frig. Some fruit, milk, cereals and pancake mix, a smiley face pancake maker for the kids, syrup, butter, BBQing condiments, pots and pans for cooking. A large box of games for kids and adults available to use.
One dog $25 per day may be allowed but please message me to discuss the type of dog and stay expectations to make sure it works for everyone.
In one private bedroom there is a queen size bed tastefully furnished with a TV. In the other bedroom is a full size bed and a twin bed perfect for 2-3 people and families. There is a roll away bed if needed. A large sofa in the living room with TV and internet. Please note that Kids under 18 are free without extra charge. $20 per night per adult if there are more than 2 guests. ( children 12 and older count as guests).

Please note that my back yard has no fence and has terraces not suitable for small children Also the place is not completely baby proofed such as the outlets etc. There is a high chair available and there is also a travel crib in the bedroom for infants.
Guest access
Adult Guests may use the pool table. (Older childen may use with adult supervision.)
Other things to note
Parking is limited. 1-2 cars allowed. The stairs leading to unit are rustic and you must be able bodied to climb stairs. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM. You can visit outside on the patio after 10 though as that doesn’t bother me!I live upstairs so this is important to follow.
