Very nice place to stay. Host was great!

Wonderful stay. Would add a shower bench and grab bars in shower so everyone could use them, but otherwise it was awesome.

Sweet little stay

The house had everything needed, nothing overcomplicated or too fancy. Backyard is fenced off and pretty. Beds were big and cozy. We enjoyed our stay a lot

Great location close to the Sun Dome

Great one level house with a nice backyard. We enjoyed that the fridge had some essential and the owners were very easy to work with.

This property checked all of our boxes. Great location in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Host was very responsive and gave fantastic information. Looking forward to staying here again!

The house is on a hill overlooking the valley and hills/mountain to the west. It was clean and we enjoyed staying there very much.

Great Trip!

My family stayed here for a weekend to see a concert nearby at The Gorge. Great house, great location! The backyard is amazing, beds were super cozy, kitchen was nice! Host was always quick to respond as well. All around great time!

Power outage last night but enjoyed our stay!!

Loved the artwork and color scheme of the house! Clean place, owner was friendly & loved location! Recommend maybe another loveseat for living room & measuring spoons & cups for kitchen :) also using unscented bedding for perfume sensitive individuals :) but wonderful stay!!

Just what we needed

We appreciated that the host responded very promptly when we messaged him! The beds were comfortable and clean. We would have liked more clear instructions about how to turn down the heat (it was too warm at night), what was expected of us prior to checkout, a light left on inside instead of the TV.

Everything was just as described. There is a really large covered back patio that we enjoyed. One little extra that we enjoyed was a variety of pillows to choose from, including a body pillow, feather soft, firm, special neck support…

As it should be

Everything was exactly how it was advertised. Plenty of room for the kids, backyard to play in and a room for each child. Worst part was the weather ha ha.

So quiet and relaxing

This was a perfect location for the family we visited in Yakima. The backyard of this house was perfect for our little family gathering on Easter. Lots of room and grass to play cornhole and kickball! The house was very clean and had everything that was needed. They had dishwasher soap, shampoo and conditioner, and even K-cups for the coffee and extra toilet paper and paper towels. So many VRBOs we have stayed at skimp on this. Not Joe!! Joe was very communicative about the home and how to use the heater/air conditioner. He was available the whole time we were there if we needed anything. Would definately stay here again.

Short overnight

We really didn’t stay on this property long enough to enjoy what looked like a great back yard with a couple of hammocks. It felt like this was still transitional on the inside. Details that could have made this property great, still needed to be completed. Nightstands by every bed would have been great. There were areas that clearly needed paint, a dead plant… I couldn’t locate towels for the hall bathroom, ended up using a hand towel after my shower. Towels were located in a bedroom we didn’t use. When I closed the bathroom door, it was dirty behind the door.

We rated the cleanliness low. We had 2 experiences: the master bathroom rug did not appear to have been cleaned before we got there. My husband took a shower, dried off in the shower, stepped on the rug, and when he took a second step he left a dirty footprint on the floor. The refrigerator had items in it that we did expect; eggs, butter, snacks. More than the condiments that you sometimes see. We were left with the impression that between the time we made the reservation some months ago that the property was a longer term rental and those people moved out for the week we were there. The owner was very receptive to our needs....responded quickly to questions. We had no problem with communication.
