Casa Blanca Golf Villas Resort C302 Condo-Breathtaking Views!!!

This beautiful Condo is located on the 3rd floor in the southern most tower of the resort giving it the best views of the ocean. This Condo comes fully equipped to include granite countertops, natural stone decorative tile and rustic accent furniture pieces & décor. This unit has two bedrooms, the master BR provides complete privacy with separate sliding glass doors for balcony access. It has a king bed that sleeps two, a reading lounge and private bathroom including his/hers vanities. The second bedroom has a king bed with a second bathroom across the hallway. The living room has a pull out bed that sleeps two. Condo comfortably sleeps six people, however a maximum of eight people are allowed without additional fees; extra two people would need to bring their own sleeping arrangement. Bathrooms have spacious standing showers with their toiletries and towels for six people. Condo includes a full size kitchen and laundry room with full size washer & dryer. The unit offers free Wi-Fi along with a smart TV that allows you to log into Netflix and other popular streaming services. The kitchen is fully functional including all of the small appliances; coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, pots and pans etc. The balcony has a patio dining set for 4 and lounger which are perfect for enjoying the outdoors breeze. The unit has central heating & cooling. There is reverse osmosis water in the kitchen. Casa Blanca is a gated community with 24/7 roving guards. The views from the balcony overlook the Southeast toward the Old Port and the Sea of Cortez. The patio receives the morning sun and is shaded from the hot afternoon sun. Casa Blanca offers access to three pools one heated and one alongside the beach. Casa Blanca also offers the only resort inclusive 18-hole mini-golf course in Puerto Penasco for you to enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family at no additional cost. There are other beach activities at extra cost like riding the banana, the ultra-lite plane, a jet-ski or wave runner. Enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets, go fishing, tour the town, enjoy a well deserved vacation.

Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wrist bands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in. Check in time is 3 PM, check out time is 11 AM

In need of serious upgrade

Broken fixtures, broken microwave, lamp not working, outdoor dining table is wobbly and broken, old patio chairs, scratched up tables, extremely dirty uncomfortable couch that is different than the one in the picture. Cheap dining table chairs different than the ones in the picture, uncomfortable bed pillows, stained towels. Kitchen is extremely unequipped! There are only 3 rusty pots and pans with no lids and only big enough to make a single serving of ramen. Very disappointing stay! The only good thing was that management were very responsive and did their best to make us happy.

No heated pool

Condo was nice and everything worked well, and clean. But a main reason I booked this property was the advertised HEATED POOL, since we were there in March with kids, and it was NOT heated at all. The kids were so cold trying to,swim, and gave up. And they are Wyoming kids used to cold water! Since we were isolating, we cooked every meal, and the kitchen needs good dishes that are microwaveable, and not chipped, and good skillets.

Excellent condo experience

I have stayed in the past in Casa Blanca and its one of my overall favorite resorts. Staying in this resort was pretty good. This was my bullets of great experience. pros *clean place *A/C worked amazing *location was great *beach amazing *check in experience smooth *owner is very understanding on listing (when communicates) *WiFi worked amazing flaws *needs better communication *T.V. in living room needs to be upgraded and maybe add T.V.s on the rooms Overall it was a great experience loved it and just enjoyed it. Nothing the owner can do, but the lights did go out for all night as well as the water. Contacted the owner (I know its not at fault, but just to aware). Never got a response. Be nice to be easier to communicate with the person that rents the unit just to be communicating if things don't get fixed overall. As well I think upgrading the living room T.V. and adding T.V.s on the rooms. Not that you are their to watch T.V. on break, but its nice when you had a long fun day and just want to relax. Overall it was a great experience just needs a little better communication.

Great property

My family and I stayed here for three days. The property was located walking distance from the beach and had many desirable amenities(pools, mini golf, elevators etc). We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

Beautiful views

Casa Blanca is an amazing property. This unit is clean and comfortable however, just the basics in the kitchen. The patio has a great view of the ocean and has very comfortable furniture. Beds are comfortable and showers works well.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and ready at check in. There was some internet issues and the dishwasher was broken. We let the host know and they were responsive and helpful.
