Venga a relajarse en el cálido sol de Texas cuando planifique su próxima escapada junto al mar a esta casa de South Padre Island. Recientemente reformado y en una ubicación privilegiada que te sitúa a tiro de piedra de la playa, podrás relajarte con estilo mientras exploras las atracciones locales.


Ubicado en las soleadas costas que abrazan el Golfo de México, no tendrá que ir muy lejos por diversión.


 Tome una cerveza y diríjase a un gran patio cubierto para relajarse y disfrutar de la brisa del mar. 


Cuando llegue el momento de entregar, este espacio de tres habitaciones, tres baños y medio tiene espacio para hasta 6 personas para relajarse. En la Master Suite, encontrará una cama King size con techo abovedado y TV de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio también cuenta con una cama King size y un sofá cama, mientras que la tercera habitación tiene dos camas Twin.


Salga a la playa para sumergirse en un día de tomar el sol o remar en las aguas azul zafiro en un SUP alquilado. Prepare un cóctel en el bar, antes de salir a cenar a uno de los restaurantes cercanos. 


 El centro de convenciones, el centro de rescate de tortugas marinas y el museo ecológico de la ciudad están a poca distancia. Wana Wana Beach Bar and Grill está a poca distancia de la playa.  


También contamos con un Capitán mantenido 42 'Riviera Sport fishing Boat para charter. La mejor pesca está detrás de los barcos camaroneros desde mediados de julio hasta el otoño. $ 1,950 por día completo. Sunset Sunset / Booze cruceros por $ 750.

Short stay BUT will Come Back!

Where do you begin? This place showcases a great view, great amenities and a perfect part of the island. The weekend getaway was perfect due to this rental. I could go on and on…. Looking forward to booking this place again and soon!

Nice Getaway

Ive stayed at several properties in SPI and i really enjoyed this one. The house was clean, no issues with any appliances. The view was beautiful and the pictures were exactly what I expected. I will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful view and home.

The home is very nice, the view of the ocean is amazing. We had a wonderful stay. The host responded quickly when I had a question. The internet did go out for one evening, but I believe it was due to the Tropical Storm.

Wonderful week at South Padre

The townhouse provided all the comforts of home. It was well stocked with towels, kitchen appliances and shower needs. Only complaint is the softness of the mattresses.

A true beach house

We stayed Easter weekend with family and it accommodated everyone nicely. I brought my own portable charcoal grill and speaker for a family BBQ. Its also pet friendly. Make sure you get a bag of ice from the store if your planning to have a get together or for drinks. We'll be back soon.

Great location, spacious home

Nice size home, plenty of living space. Great location on beach. House very well stocked. Would stay there again. Only thing I'd mention is there was no grill and no ice machine/water (in fridge). They did have a small ice maker, but with 4 adults and beverages it couldn't keep up with us.

Great townhome

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this beautiful townhome. It has everything you could need and more. The best thing if the gorgeous view and the beachfront location. Also loved that we could bring our small dog along. We did have a problem with the tv in the living room area but contacted the owner and the next day someone arrived with a brand new tv. Couldn't have been happier. Enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone.

Descent Place, for the price I expected more

Check-in and Check-out was super smooth. Condo was clean. The bed upstairs is absolutely awful. We did not sleep well. The weather was cold so that kept us in the Condo most of the time. The location is good, I just expected more for the money. The Condo is very outdated and there are some issues with the flooring upstairs. The pictures on the website are old and do not represent what the condo looks like now.

Great location but outdated property

Property is outdated. It feels as if there is a lack of interest in the regular maintenance of the property. Several items need attention: 1. Downstairs bedroom sliding door doesn't lock, anyone can walk right in from the outside 2. There's a puddle of oil in the garage, our kid almost fell on his head if we didn't catch him in time . 3. Half bath door near kitchen doesn't lock. 4. Mattresses very springy, worse than motel 6 quality. One of the bed downstairs had cigarette burn and pillows had some yellow stain. 2. Check in process is a mystery, never got the email on lockbox code, had to text the property manager several times and call before I finally got a hold of them. Overall the quality doesn't add up to the price. We probably will not stay here again.

Excellent location and large, comfy home

The location is excellent, the house can comfortably accommodate a large and/or multi-generational family, giving everyone privacy when they want it, and also comfy spaces to get together as friends and family. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. I was somewhat surprised, however, with the old condition of some areas of the home, particularly given the very high price point of the rental. The bathrooms are pretty outdated, circa 80s/90s, and some fixtures were broken/worn down. Carpets in some of the bedrooms are stained. The mattress in the downstairs main bedroom was low quality, which again for this high price point was not acceptable. The location is great, there is a superb fresh fish market (Hooked on Seafood) a two block walk away and a small grocery store one block away - everything you need to make ceviche and/or cook fresh seafood. Wanna Wanna is a nice casual place on the beach, a 10 minute beach walk from the home. We were there during Easter break, and we were surprised that even during this peak time there were very few people on the beach in front of the home, so it is a pretty private area.

Great birthday celebration

As soon as you enter the property you are impressed with all the accessories available to enjoy the outdoors and that is just in the garage; once you enter you admire its beautifully decorated space and spacious rooms. Once you go upstairs the view just takes your breath away. This is a stunning property and even though it was very cold during our stay having such a beautiful comfortable home made it a great vacation. I can’t wait to stay here again and enjoy beach life.

Gorgeous beachfront home!!

This was a gorgeous beachfront home in a perfect location on South Padre Island. We had the most INCREDIBLE views from the balcony and patio, and the house is literally on the beach. The home itself is beautiful with high ceilings and spacious bedrooms. It was well stocked with dishes, utensils, seasonings and spices, towels, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach toys in the garage! The home is a little older and needs minor Maintainence (a few floor boards need repair, some staining on carpets, the downstairs bathroom had a fractured faucet, the doors were sometimes hard to lock and unlock, etc). But none of those things affected our stay at all!!!! We really enjoyed every minute of it and were grateful to stay in a safe, beautiful and clean vacation home during the pandemic.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

The townhome was beautiful with super easy access to the beach. Hearing the ocean right outside the bedroom doors was the best part. Relaxing and fun for the whole family! Highly recommended to all!

Very generous owners!

The house was as expected, but we were shocked to find how much the owners left open for guest use! The garage is full of beach toys, chairs, etc. And the cabinets and frig have a good amount of seasonings, etc. Highly recommend!
