Amazing, ocean view Hacienda located across from the coastal bluff in Downtown Encinitas. Enjoy ocean views from both of the large upstairs bedrooms while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy a sunset beverage on the ocean view balcony. This large HaSeaEnda is the perfect space to gather with friends and family to share some laughs, enjoy the beautiful beaches, and relax and rejuvenate.

Welcome to HaSeaEnda Encinitas. We created this home to be the perfect location to gather with a large group of friends and family or for a relaxing getaway with just the two of you. Pulling inspiration for furniture and finishing's from places we love to travel; Oaxaca, Baja, Morocco, Southwest, and Southern California, we've created a unique experience for you to come and enjoy.

This large, 3,050 sqft. home features a fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to create and enjoy a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal in the indoor dining room with comfortable seating for 7-8 people or at the large outdoor table on the back deck that has seating for 10 and overhead lights for evening al fresco dining. Kitchen amenities include: two ovens, 4-burner gas range, microwave, built in refrigerator, dishwasher, center island for food prep, and large sink basin. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided by the host.

The living room is comfortably furnished with an Italian leather sofa sectional, Oaxacan style daybed, and the cozy corner - the perfect spot to relax with a good book or take a nap. There's also a gas and wood burning fireplace to enjoy on the colder nights. HaSeaEnda has good WiFi coverage throughout the entire home and three TVs loaded with all the major streaming apps for viewing. We provide a Netflix account and cable TV that includes most network channels and HBO for your viewing enjoyment.

HaSeaEnda has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for you and your group to relax and enjoy. The downstairs bedroom, known as the Oaxaca Room, has a queen bed and a twin daybed. There's an adjoining door to the downstairs bathroom. This bathroom also has access from the hallway to serve as the common area bathroom. You don't have to go through the bedroom to access this bathroom.

The upstairs features essentially two Ocean View master bedrooms, both with walk-in closets, En Suite bathrooms, and ocean view balcony sunset watching areas. One room is slightly more master than the other, but both are amazing spaces. As you come up the stairs the room on your left is the Rancho Room. This large bedroom (14'x24') features a king bed, Baja style daybed, and love seat sitting area with ocean view. The room has French doors that open to the balcony that features a sitting area and ocean view. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset or a morning coffee. The room has its own TV, a large walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanity and large soak tub with shower.

The Master Bedroom known as the Calafia Room is on your right after walking up the stairs. This large room (18'x24') features a king bed, Moroccan style daybed, Serena & Lily hanging rattan chair, gas and wood burning Fireplace, indoor sitting area (all areas with ocean views), and double French doors that open to the balcony area. There's a cozy sitting area on the balcony with Mexican Equipale chairs and table that create the perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a meal. The room has its own TV, a large walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanity, large soak tub and separate walk-in shower. Once you walk into this room, you won't want to leave!
Utilizing all of the beds in the house, HaSeaEnda can comfortably sleep 10 people.

The private deck off the kitchen and dining room at the back of the property is the perfect place to gather with friends or family to share a meal at the large outdoor table with seating for 10 while enjoying the view looking east towards the hills of Encinitas. Guests also have access to the private, fenced in backyard that's below the deck.

Please Note: There is a small studio guest house on the lower level of the property, next to the back alley that is rented by a long-term tenant and is not part of the vacation rental. There is a fence and stairs separating this lower area from the rest of the property. The long-team tenant does not have access to any of the space that our guests use but our guests are allowed to use the lower stairs to access the alley to take out the trash and recycling during their stay.

Guests have full access to the entire house including: all rooms, private back deck, gas BBQ, private backyard, private ocean view balcony, laundry room, and front yard of property.
HaSeaEnda is located on a quite street with minimum vehicle traffic. The H Street Viewpoint is nearby and a great spot to walk down to and enjoy a spectacular ocean view. You can walk to all the restaurants and and shops located on Coast Highway which are 3-5 blocks away depending on where you want to go. You can walk to the beach access at D Street (4 blocks away) or to Moonlight Beach (5 blocks away). This is a great location to enjoy all of what Encinitas has to offer!

HaSeaEnda is the closest Encinitas street to the Ocean. It is nearly bluffside.

*The property is not to be used for parties or special events without prior consent from host.
*Pet Policy – Dogs are welcome at the property. We charge a pet fee of $100 per stay for 1 dog & $150 for 2 dogs, and ask that they have had a recent flee treatment (within 3 weeks of your arrival date). We also ask that you do not allow them on any of the furniture or beds and that you pick up all pet waste from the property and dispose of it in the trash. These rules also apply to “service animals”. Please indicate that you will be traveling with your dog when you send your reservation request and Airbnb will include the $100 fee with your booking. We will have to send a separate payment request of $50 for the second dog after your booking is confirmed.
*Cats are not allowed at the property. If you are traveling with a cat or some other pet please contact us to discuss before booking.
*We strongly recommend that all of our guests obtain Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen incidents that might prevent you from traveling during your scheduled dates. We cannot provide refunds that fall outside of our cancelation policy period.
*The property is being leased and operated (Hosted) by Capri by the Sea, LLC. Guests are permitted to use the property starting at 3 PM on the first day of their stay until 11 AM on the last day of their stay for all confirmed reservations that have been paid in full. Guests do not have any rights to the property as "tenants" as described by CA law. By booking this property guests agree to these terms.
