You will have the whole house and property to yourself to enjoy. All areas are open and accessible to guests except for the one locked cabinet in the mud room and storage shed.

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and the community.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside or near entrances (a $1,000 fee will be assessed if violated).
Pets are welcome! There is a pet fee so please add them to the reservation. Please clean up after them, and keep pets off the furniture.
Avoid placing food or drinks on the pool table.
No food or glass items in the hot tub; close the cover when not in use.
Only flush toilet paper—no other items (including flushable wipes, paper towels, or feminine products).
No parties or events allowed.
Only registered guests may stay overnight; no unregistered guests without prior approval.
Adhere to check-in and check-out times (unconfirmed late check-outs may incur a fee).
Do not rearrange the furniture.
Please keep shoes off the furniture.
Ensure all lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating are turned off when not in use.
Dispose of all trash in designated bins and recycling as appropriate.
Report any damage immediately.
