The cabin was very cute and the kids loved it so much! We got to enjoy the pool on the first night we were there but then it was cloudy and the pool room smelled like sulfur. The cleanliness of the cabin could be a lot better though.

Was overall impressed with the cabin and the owner was fantastic! Chip replaced a TV that burned out in one of the bedrooms fast and professional. The Burns are good people!We really enjoyed ourselves ... one for the books!

Wonderful Easter escape

We loved the serenity of the mountains while having all of the amenities of home! Easy access to all that Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge have to offer. Very quick response time & gracious host! We’d definitely stay again! For Disney fanatics we loved all the Easter eggs the kids were constantly finding

Loved this place! Great communication and a great deal with the private pool and hot tub in the mountains! Stay at this cabin! A lot of detail and care was put into the Disney touches.

We arrived some hours past check-in time. The house was beautiful, but the beds and a couple of the showers needed a some cleaning. Big shout out to Chip for the speedy response first thing after we sent him a message about the situation. He was instrumental with getting the house to a 5 star standard. Our kids loved the Disney theme. And the privacy was great!!!

The cabin was beyond our expectations

We came here to have a family vacation, not only was it my birthday and our anniversary. My daughter who was helping me plan this trip for our children and grandchildren, unfortunately passed away December 27,2024. She had just turned 31 two weeks before. She had a tear in her heart, that her or us didn’t know, she died at work in a coworker arms, she didn’t suffer. So we booked this trip for all of us to celebrate her life and heal and be happy together. And you guys made all of our dreams come true. We are already planning next year , it was the best !!!!

Best of Both Worlds

When our Disney trip was canceled last minute due to a hurricane we still wanted to go on a trip. We were able to get a Disney cabin in Pigeon Forge instead. It was beautiful and the indoor pool and hot tub were awesome. The hot tub wouldn’t start when we first got there but the owner was quick to respond and got it fixed right away. The owner was very quick to help with anything that we needed.

Magical stay in the Smokies!

We absolutely loved our stay at Magic Mountain! The cabin was just as pictured and all of the Disney decor made me feel like I was close to Main Street USA! The small touches of Disney decor and memorabilia in each room were fun, tasteful, and blended well with the beautiful wood tones of the cabin itself. Beds were comfy, each room was spacious, and the cabin was perfect for our group of 4 adults, and 8 kids tangigg by from 5 months to 15 years old! There was something for everyone!The kids loved the arcade machines, the salt water pool, and the “big hot bath tub”! They enjoyed cousin time and finding all the different Fisney touches throughout the house. Communication was a breeze with the property owners and were quick to respond to any questions we had!We had a magical time and can’t wait to return to Magic Moubtain!

Great Cabin!

Cabin was great! The only complaint is the lack of the Mickey Mouse waffle maker advertised on the listing. We had to have pancakes instead. They aren’t quite as cool.

It was Avery nice cabin. Except it was very filthy and the pool was cloudy and had a terrible sewerage smell so the children would not swim in it.I just couldn’t believe we paid for cleaning service before we came and it was definitely not cleaned at all. I always bring cleaning products when I go somewhere and I am glad I did. I had to clean all the bathrooms before we could even use them. And the spread on one of the beds was so dirty that we didn’t even use it. It’s a shame that we paid what we did and did not receive the services we paid for. I’d suggest that you rent a different cabin.

Almost perfect rental house

This cabin is really nice. The bedrooms and baths are very spacious and I found the beds to be comfortable. The decorations are good and our kids loved the game room, pool and hot tub. There is construction on the street but they never disturbed us. The only problem we had was with the sulfur smell from the well water. I believe it was a tiny bit better the day we checked out but the whole house smelled of rotten eggs. Bring bottled water just in case to drink.

No pinball machine as advertised.

Could be a very nice cabin. Hslf of the utensiles were broke including the can opener wich I ended up buying one. The coffee maker only works with Keurig cups although it has one side was for drip and could not get it to make a carafe.of coffee. The worst part was they have a elephant stuffed animal on top of kitchen cabinets my grandaughter wanted to see it and when we pulled it down it was stuck to a glue trap with bugs all over it. Also the area rug in the living room was curled up so whenever you walk thru that area people would trip. It caused me to fall. Overall the cabin could be really nice if it was maintained. Would not work with you on a early check in. These sre really minor problems that can be a easy fix. There was no pinball machine.
