The adjacent full kitchen is any chef's dream with its suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Dine as a family at the formal dining table before heading to the office where remote work can get done with ease.

In each of the five bedrooms, you will find ample sprawling space, tasteful decorations, and plush bedding, so rest assured that when room selection time arises - everyone will be content and comfortable. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
