Comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with a whole home reverse osmosis water system that provides drinking quality water out of every faucet. For your entertainment, this home also has 3 smart TV's and two different sitting areas. Screened in lanai with outdoor dining overlooks large, private, fenced in backyard, a perfect setting to grill or relax and enjoy the fresh air. Great location in Naples, only a short ride to a variety of restaurants nearby and also an easy drive to all that Downtown Naples has to offer. For golfers, 5 public golf courses nearby.

Great host & great location

Clean, quiet & super convenient! Only 15-20 min from downtown & Marco island. Visiting some family in area & house was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate and Cozy

Home was cute and cozy. So clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, modern bathrooms, great screened in lanai and big backyard. We would definitely stay again. This home will stay on my “favorites” list!

Vacation Paradise

The house is beautiful and Eric is very accessible if anything is needed. The house is close to beaches, restaurants, stores, etc. It is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy leisurely walk, morning coffee on the screened in porch, and grilling in the backyard. The best of worlds.

A great week

We stayed in Eric’s house during the first week of March 2024. It was a wonderful adventure exploring the area and observing the local life (including wild). The house is situated in a lovely residential area so it was great for quiet relaxation. The house itself was very clean and well equipped with all possible things. The host was very responsive explaining even the smallest details with promptness. We definitely would like to return there.

Last minute family trip

We had a great time & had all the space needed for this trip! We booked last minute, so we were a little worried about finding something to accommodate the 4 of us! But this place had it all! The screened in back patio was perfect for hanging out without getting eaten alive! There were multiple “tv rooms” so kids didn’t have to argue over what to watch! It was close to both grocery and food places! And had parking space for both our truck and boat! It was perfect!

Felt like home

Eric is a great host. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the showers looked to be pretty new. The house has more room then our family of 4 needed. We went to Naples for a soccer tournament for our boys. The house is pretty close to the beach and close to Paradise Coast Sports Complex. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip and how accommodating Eric was through out the trip. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Great location and lovely home

The house was perfect for our family stay in Naples. It had everything necessary for a home away from home. Very cozy and clean. The only issue was a problem using the stove. Turned out to be the user not the stove. The child lock had been activated. LOL. We would definitely recommend and stay again if we’re ever back in Naples!

Great location and very nice home!

Although I give it 5 stars, there is one caveat. That being the situation with flickering lights when the AC kicks on especially. While the AC runs the flickering is intermittent. Just a little worrisome, but the owner who is great said nothing to worry about.

Great Naples Property!

We were super-happy with this rental :) The house has a very functional layout, and is nicely maintained. There are lovely features not even shown in the photos (e.g., nice closet organizers in the bedrooms), and the house is well-stocked (e.g., toilet paper, soaps, etc). We were traveling with a big doggo, so the fenced-in yard was a major bonus that was hard to find in the area. The main living room opens up to the large sunroom/lenai, which then opens up to the yard (if you open the screen door; perfect for our doggo to wander in and out). The yard is beautiful, and also not too perfect - delightful to just sit and look at, and also not so pristine that you'd feel uncomfy kicking around a soccer ball or tossing a frisbee. The host is quite responsive and friendly (e.g., providing useful answers to questions). If we visit Naples again, we wouldn't look at other options.
