Adorable cabaña. Decorado en un tema de playa. Agradable y ligero. Cocina remodelada, mucho más espacio de almacenamiento y baño remodelado. Paredes blancas y fotos de la playa. Ventiladores de pádel en dos dormitorios inferiores y también en salón con techo de catedral. Linda cubierta delantera cubierta ideal para esas noches de verano. Pintura fresca. Estacionamiento en la calle 2 autos. Tiene una parrilla de gas provista para su uso. Super patio para su disfrute. Mucho espacio para juegos de jardín. Acabamos de agregar una ducha abierta al aire libre. Agua fria y caliente. Genial para enjuagar toda la sal y la arena de su día en la playa antes de subir a la terraza para disfrutar de un buen cóctel para relajarse. Barrio tranquilo Puedes caminar a 5 restaurantes familiares. El paseo del acantilado es un hermoso paseo por los patios traseros de las mansiones con el hermoso océano y la primera playa justo a tu lado. Puede llegar al Cliff Walk caminando desde la cabaña. Muy conveniente Otra gran área para caminar dentro de los 5 minutos en coche de la cabaña es Sachusett Point. Es una reserva natural con maravillosos senderos y pintorescos puestos para ver las rocas a través de telescopios. También te encontrarás con los ciervos y muchas más criaturas salvajes que viven allí. Puedes caminar a la primera playa en 3 minutos. y subir por la colina a Second Beach en unos 10 minutos. Beautiful cottage. I loved sitting on the porch with my coffee. Host was extremely friendly and great to chat with. Very clean and modern. Beautifully decorated in beach theme. Great neighborhood. Walking distance to The Cliff Walk, Easton Beach and Flos Clam Shack. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay

Excellent property. Spotlessly clean and well stocked. Nice yard with lots of yard toys for kids, easy walk to the beach. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive throughout the booking process and stay.

Immaculate beach cottage

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage is spotless and impeccably maintained. Dave and Beth are excellent hosts who want their guests to enjoy their time at Surfer's Paradise. The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Newport and other beautiful places to visit.

Immaculate and perfect location

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was immaculate and decorated perfectly for a beach theme. Communication with the owners was great! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and we could walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Overall an amazing beach getaway! Thank you!

Lovely meticulously clean beach themed cottage walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Gracious hosts made stay pleasant and comfortable. Extremely attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about local attractions.

Perfect location, perfect cottage, and gracious hosts!

Our family had the most wonderful week in this adorable, clean and charming cottage. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the space with our family of 5. Our teenagers loved the loft and we enjoyed using the grill and dining on the private porch. The kitchen had everything we needed and the common area was comfortable and cozy. Our worries about hurricane Henri were allayed by Dave and Beth who went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable and in the know about the track of the storm. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dave and Beth were to us the entire stay. They were so kind and considerate, always there to help but also respectful of our privacy. They did everything they could to ensure we had a great week and we really enjoyed getting to know them. They take great pride in this cottage and it shows. Thank you Dave and Beth for such a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Couldn't have had a nicer place to stay!

Surfer's Paradise had it all. Quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The cottage was just perfect; well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, outdoor games and lawn, outdoor seating and gas grill. Beth and Dave were wonderful hosts. I know where we're staying next time we go to the Newport area.

All-around wonderful!

The house is adorable; clean & well-appointed with everything you will need. The location is fantastic-a short walk to beach as well as stores & restaurants. And the hosts, Dave & Beth, are two of the nicest, most helpful people you will meet. We loved our first stay and hope to be back!

Surf, Sand, and Sun--Perfect Newport Getaway

From the arrival where we were warmly greeted by Beth and Dave to their hospitality throughout the stay I can't think of better hosts. The property itself was in a great location within short walking distance to both first and second beaches. We easily found a morning running route close by which was great! Inside the property was clean and spacious. It met all needs including a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer set-up. We so enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back soon.

Great house

Great little cottage. Spent the week with my kids. Well equipped kitchen with walking access to 1st beach. Owners are onsite if you need anything and are 2 of the nicest people you’ll ever meet

Just as Amazing the 2nd time around

Beth and Dave were extremely accommodating just the same as our first visit several years ago. The house was perfect add on for the second half of our beach crew. The house was very clean and in the absolute best location for 1st and 2nd beach. Would highly recommend staying with them and look forward to staying with them again.

Family vacation in Middletown

Wonderful Summer Vacation!

My family and I stayed at Beth & Dave's property this summer, July 2019. The premises were extremely clean, stocked, and obviously well cared for. The property is a short walk to First Beach, which is beautiful and not overcrowded. If you want to enjoy the Newport area, you can get to the Cliff Walk by walking down the beach. A 10-minute drive will take you to downtown Newport. I cannot say enough about Beth & Dave, the owners. They were always available, kind, accommodating, and generous with their time toward us. They greeted us when we arrived to begin our vacation and gave us directions throughout our stay as to where to go in the Newport area. They clearly love the Newport area and want their guests to enjoy their time, too. My family and I have stayed at many properties over the past 10 years. None of them were as nice as what we experienced this summer at Beth & Dave's property.

Impressions after our second stay at Surfer's Paradise

We love staying at Surfers' Paradise. The cottage is immaculate, well air conditioned and easy to use. My kids can play in the yard and I don't have to worry about where they are. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to so many fun activities. But the best part of Surfers' Paradise is Beth and Dave. They are kind, thoughtful and straightforward. You might not get to know them during a stay, but if you do, they are a joy to have as friends. I hope we are able to return to see them every year for our vacation.

As a Naval war College student I can tell you that I felt safe and secured staying at 32 Ellery Avenue.... right next to the Beaches....

more outdoor space than we realized

We had a great week at Surfer's paradise with our daughters and my parents. Great location made walking to the beach so easy. Our girls loved to ride their bikes on the blacktop and had fantastic fun playing hide and seek outside, playing ball and enjoying the large grassy lawn. Beth and Dave were kind, helpful and great hosts!

Perfect Family vacation!

This cottage is super clean and so cute! The photos online do not do it justice, it’s even better in person!! Everything in walking distance, outdoor deck space in case of rain, and the owners are absolutely wonderful. We had an amazing first family vacation here and cannot wait to return again!

We bought this property in 2003. It was in dire need of repair. We spent many weekends and weeks, replacing decks, appliances, plastering walls, landscaping etc, etc to upgrade the property. We take great pride in our property and keep it nice and clean for our renters and for our investment. We have many repeat renters due to our efforts in maintenance and our location of this property.

Aquidneck Island is a special place. Newports famous beaches are here along with the Bird Sanctuary. The neighborhood is quiet, soothing, relaxing and so beautiful. Location is perfect for relaxing or heading downtown Newport( 5 mins away) for lots of activities. Many residents here are year round. Homes are beautiful and so are the residents.

We choose this property because it was in such bad shape. My husband said it was a diamond in the rough and that he could not stand to see such a beautiful piece of property continue to deteriorate . So the journey began to upgrade the cottages and the main house and landscaping. We have a huge lot with plenty of space for our visitors to play in. That's another big factor for us purchasing this property. We truly
love having our renters come and enjoy their vacation time at Surfer's Paradise. We do everything possible to make their vacation time special. Along with a lot of repeat renters we have formed some special friendships with our renters and continue to stay in contact with them through out the year. Come stay at Surfer's Paradise and see the magic of the property and location.
