The Indigo House is a rare gem. This newly renovated home sleeps 20 & sits peacefully on the Salt Marsh with a private boat dock & multiple porch & balcony areas. You will enjoy privacy and serenity in a relaxing atmosphere with unparalleled views of the surrounding tidal creek as well as views of the ocean just 1 block away. Quiet seclusion, fishing, excellent bird watching, and the ability to launch your kayak(s) right from your yard make Indigo House a true choose-your-adventure dream.
The space
Inside the home, there are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The home is set up as a duplex with interior access between each side. There are separate living areas, kitchens, etc. on EACH side of the house with flat-screen TVs and two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping. Each kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 laundry rooms, each with a washer/dryer.
Enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining on the property with two separate covered grilling patios, each with a gas grill and seating for plenty. This is perfect for outdoor dining and cookouts while visiting! kayaks, crabbing gear, life jackets, and fishing rods are all available for guest use during your stay
Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the rooftop deck, feast upon freshly caught fish & blue crab, take a leisurely kayak journey along the tidal creeks, then watch the sunsets over the Marsh at night from the priate boat dock or really anywhere on the back side of the home. These are just a few of the many reasons The Indigo House is a favorite among families & groups!

You have private access to all areas of the home with the exception of the locked owners closets.

Please also note that there are no elevators. The living area begins on the second story. You must climb stairs to enter the home.
**MINIMUM STAY DURING PEAK SEASON IS 7 DAYS**
The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation.
