This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, microwave and dishwasher, and also includes washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, ground-level-to-second-floor elevator, and spectacular ocean views. Other amenities include eight flat screen TVs (cable, 70-inch HDTV with surround sound in living room), two DVD players, telephone, and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include two king, two queen, and four double-sized beds, one queen sofa bed, and four rollaway beds. Outdoor amenities feature a 12-by-24-foot private swimming pool and furnished pool area, two picnic tables, charcoal grill, and ample parking (some covered). No smoking. No pets. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
