White ceramic tiled bathroom with spa-like walk-in shower. Eat-in Kitchenette with natural quartz countertops and backsplash, Italian made electric cooktop, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, and all necessary essentials. Coffee/tea setup included (espresso machine and milk-frother, tea kettle, w/basics re-stocked along with a weekly housekeeping service). The apartment has an enormous Flat Screen / Smart TV in the Living Room. Cable TV (Comcast Xfinity) with premium channels & on-demand streaming is included at no additional cost -- e.g. HBO, Showtime, Stars, Paramount+, AMC+, and sports channels etc. We have blazing fast FREE Internet that is accessible on WiFi suitable for working from home, video calls, and downloading or uploading large files. Access codes for the WiFi will be provided when you arrive. Our goal is a complete stress-free stay for our guests! This rental was excellent, better than I expected. The apartment is in a really wonderful quiet and walkable neighborhood of beautiful homes. The apartment itself was well outfitted with everything you could need. The bedding, towels and kitchen equipment were very high quality. Best of all Angela the host was supper nice, attentive and very accommodating!

Mother/Daughter Visit

My daughter and I stayed at the Pineapple House while touring colleges. Perfect place to come back to after a day of walking and seeing the sights in Denver. Very comfortable beds and lovely bedding (I am picky)! Fun to experience this historic home up close.

Another Wonderful Stay at Pineapple House

My second time at this unique historic property, full of thoughtful touches. Especially love starting my day with the Nespresso-style coffee machine and frothing up the oatmeal milk provided in the mini-fridge. Prime location near Cheesman Park, I was able to walk to both the Denver Botanic Gardens (close) and Coors Field (about 40 minutes). Communication with the host, Angela, was always prompt and pleasant. I look forward to a future stay at Pineapple House when I return to Denver.

Cozy in Denver

My wife, 26 year old daughter, and I visit the Denver area frequently. We decided to try a VRBO instead of a hotel this time. The place was an impeccably clean and very quiet basement apartment. There was an espresso maker with pods included and a small refrigerator with milk in it. Short walk to 2 convenience stores and several restaurants. Lots of TP, but no facial tissues or paper towels. Parking was a bit challenging, but we managed to get pretty close spots each time we returned. Overall a great experience and we will likely stay there again.

Perfect for a quick trip!

The Pineapple Place was perfect for our short stay. The apartment was spacious and located within walking distance to restaurants and a lovely park. Angela was the most gracious and accommodating host! She responded quickly to all my questions, worked with us to meet our timing needs and simply could not have been easier to work with or more kind. We would definitely stay here again! Sisters’ Weekend

My sister and I stayed at Pineapple House for a long weekend getaway. It was cozy and adorable! Temps were very cold outside. We were warm, had internet and WiFi, and had a lovely time hibernating! The host was wonderful, and even reached out to make sure we were warm enough.

Beautifully remodeled apartment within a historic home. Easy, prompt communication with the owner/manager. Any questions I had were quickly addressed. Close to the North side of Cheesman Park, I was able to walk through the lovely park to visit family living on the southside.

Pineapple House is Perfection

Can’t say enough good things about the Pineapple House! Beautiful, quiet, walkable neighborhood and so close to everything Denver has to offer. The apartment has a gorgeous living room that feels like home, so cozy and comfortable. Eat-in kitchen is fully stocked. Bathroom/shower stocked with luxurious products, great shower, and thick, fluffy towels. Super-comfy bed with lots of pillows and plush bedding. Check-in/out is seamless. The host, Angela, is so kind and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need, communication is exceptional. My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in Denver and the Pineapple House will be our first choice on a future visit. Stunning design throughout and so, so comfortable. Highly recommended, we absolutely loved it!

Great neighborhood, beautiful apartment

This is our second stay at the Pineapple House. The host, Angela, has gone out of her way to provide beautiful accommodations with exceptional hospitality. Lots of fun restaurants within walking distance. Cheesman and City Parks are beautiful and within walking distance, as is the Botanical Garden.

Beautiful historic home in great neighborhood, near Cheesman and Congress Parks.

Gorgeous apartment in a beautifully restored historic landmark home in the heart of Denver, near Cheesman and Congress Parks, Botanical Garden, and 17th St shops and restaurants. Our hostess was outstanding, going above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Instructions were spot on, yummy cozy blankets and beds, coffee supplies, and very responsive communication make this a big win for us, as we’ll be back again to visit our son & wife, who just moved near the neighborhood. FYI: Jaxx seafood for oysters, Liks ice cream, and Pete’s for breakfast-all close/walking and awesome!

Don’t miss out!

If you have a chance to stay at the Pineapple house, do yourself a favor and take it! It is such a beautifully maintained property with secure entry, cozy and comfortable arrangements, and very clean. Angela was very accommodating for us when we had another hosting situation go south. She was able to get the place ready for an early check in, and communicated every step of the way. 5 stars all around!

We are centrally located and in the middle of it all but on a quiet tree-lined street (see photos for a view of our block). You can have the best of both worlds: a quiet residential getaway .....yet still close to the premier shopping areas in Cherry Creek, the nearby restaurants & bars on 17th St and Colfax, only a few blocks away from museums and parks (including the Botanic Garden), and a 10 min walk to/from the City Park Farmers Market.

It can sleep up to 4 adults comfortably -- 2 in the bedroom, and 2 on a brand new Queen-size sofa bed in the living room (which also has a door, creating 2 totally private and separated sleeping areas)!
