Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
You'll be welcomed by a very large living room with a stone wall fireplace. 3 extra-large bedrooms with king beds in each room gives you plenty of space to spread out. Large deck with seating and a grill to enjoy the nice weather. This home is close to highways and Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums to catch your favorite team play. There are several close restaurants and grocery stores nearby for all your dining needs.

The house was great—could have used a few more items that would have made the stay easier. There were no kitchen towels and no hand towels in the bathroom.. The house itself is very cute and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Maybe a bit more furniture in the bedrooms would make them feel more comfortable.

The residence was pet friendly and had an excellent layout for my elderly parents. It was all one level and 2 bedrooms were near the bathroom for them. The bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable

Host was easy to communicate with. Dishes were in dishwasher. Cobwebs and crumbs. Had to buy more toilet paper. Not enough towels for 6 guests and couldn’t locate remote

We were very pleased with size of house and location. Not a criticism, but a suggestion would be to place benches, luggage racks or other furniture in bedrooms. We were four mature (old) ladies and having to have our luggage in the floor was a little difficult. We had a great time visiting your city.

The house itself was nice. 3 spacious bedrooms with closets, an air mattress if needed, large fans, eat in kitchen, backyard, living room etc. easy to get in and lock thr door. Ubers were always easily available and close in proximity to arrowhead which is thr reason why we came to Kansas City. Although the house was spacious and in a good location, the house definitely does not get a good cleaning on a routine basis. Upon entry it smelled musty like its not frequently occupied and we could see the cobwebs on the light fixtures, old food particles like popcorn under the couch, dust piles on top of basically all fixtures including the bathroom walls, mantle, table in kitchen and near all the baseboards. The bathroom had an old bar of used soap in the shower.

Clean but dated. Property needs some TLC. Furniture is comfortable, but if you are Senior with mobility issues getting up from couch and bed is a bit difficult (low). Bathroom tub/shower needs updating. Backyard needs some TLC. Stayed 5 nights, the house was ok. It did meet our needs. Less than 30 minutes to everything we wanted to see. Thank you

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. We really loved the size, and the backyard was awesome. We did knock a star off for the following things, which should be noted. However, they were fairly minor when compared to the entire experience.1. The trash near the fence was overflowing and had not been taken for quite a long while.2. The cleaning fee was substantial. Overall, the house was decently clean (bedding/towels, etc. were washed). However, there was substantial dust on fans and surfaces, dead insects in corners, and used tissues stuffed in the couch cushions.3. The house is a REALLY cool 1960s house. It does, however, need a little maintenance. The biggest example of this is the pergola on the rear deck. It is broken, falling down, and in need of repair.Overall, a really positive experience, and we would stay there again. I just would hope the hosting company would put a little more time and effort into the location.

Didn’t end up staying, had to get hotel. Mice droppings, spider eggs and used Kleenex around bed areas. Left first night and would like a refund.

Comfortable house in a rundown neighborhood. The house was nice - very comfortable beds. There was a smell in the house (there were air fresheners in every room). The house had the basic supplies for a stay.

Great stay

The house was perfect for myself and my 2 daughter in laws for a long weekend getaway! We all had our own space to relax and living room was large enough to enjoy. Only suggestion would be the bathroom could use a little updating but nothing to hinder our weekend!

Proximity to Kauffman Stadium was great, everything else fell short of expectations :(The pictures posted must be old. The lawn and landscaping was overgrown and unsightly. The yard was unusable and made us second guess our reservation from the moment we arrived. The owner did send a lawn crew over to clean up the place (odd since I made a comment about this in front of a camera they have mounted outside the front door), but they arrived at 8am and were around for two of our days on vacation - certainly made it hard to relax. While the house had plenty of space for our family, the inside needs some serious TLC. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, cobwebs in the corners and the bathroom shower/tub has been painted and is peeling. It’s unfortunate since the pictures don’t reveal any of these things.Do your research before visiting, other than the easy drive to and from the stadium, this part of KC is not inviting and very run down.We don’t like leaving negative posts, but this VRBO won’t be on our list of places to stay in KC in the future :(
