The Tree House es una casa-villa de estilo balinés de nueva construcción. Esta villa de 4 dormitorios se encuentra dentro del dosel de la selva, con monos y aves a un paso de distancia. The Tree House está diseñada con puntos de observación en todos los niveles, brindando una sensación de gran apertura con vistas al Océano Pacífico y al Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio. El diseño interior villa es de inspiración balinesa, así como los materiales utilizados localmente. Es verdaderamente un refugio de lujo tropical.

EL ESPACIO
La cocina, el comedor y la piscina son espacios abiertos, que invitan a pasar tiempo de calidad con amigos y familiares. Hay una sala de proyección en el hogar para el entretenimiento interno. La sala de estar al aire libre ofrece un lugar para sumergirse en los muebles y cojines de gran tamaño y bien equipados. La terraza tiene varios sillones y tumbonas para un día relajante junto a la piscina mientras se entretiene con la fauna de la selva local.

Las 4 habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y baño privado. Todos con vistas al océano y / o al bosque tropical. Cada habitación y cuarto de baño tiene detalles hechos a mano de artesanía de piedra tallada a mano o de barro, piedra y azulejos personalizados, maderas exóticas y arte original de todo el mundo.

EL VECINDARIO
Pacific Canyon Drive es un vecindario privado cerrado que se encuentra junto a la carretera principal de Manuel Antonio. Es una comunidad construida por expatriados que querían las comodidades de la vida moderna de lujo dentro de una ciudad playera tropical. Todas las comodidades y necesidades están disponibles en autobús, taxi o a pie.

Outstanding Property & Host!!

The pictures do not do this house justice...it's even more spectacular than you think!! A Must See plus visited by monkey playtime!! Our super host Ricky was very very easy to work with! Valerie at the concierge arranged our two "chef Jr" meals, delicious!! We will be returning as soon as we can plan another trip to Manuel Antonio, Quepos, Costa Rica!! Thank you Ricky, Fernando, & Valerie(+staff)!

Fantastic Jungle Stay

The description is pretty clear the pictures are fantastic. The host was great at helping set up activities and private chefs for the house. This was my first trip to Costa Rica and the house truly is open to the jungle. Monkeys are crazy and cute, spiders are big and scary, you are living in a jungle. The bedrooms are all very well air conditioned and stay very cold while you sleep at night. Love the house and already rebooked the house for a 2023 trip that I am VERY excited for.

Best Vacation Ever’

The experience of vacationing in this house was amazing!! The Treehouse is like no other vacation house I ever stayed in. It is impressive in its design and function. The finishes throughout the house are first class! The views are like a movie and you are submerged into the rain forest while still relaxing in luxury. We really enjoyed all the monkeys, sloths, reptiles and birds that visited us while staying! I live in Louisiana so I thought it would be hotter and more bugs but I was completely wrong. The weather was completely comfortable our entire stay and the bugs were there but non invasive. The we absolutely loved the open air concept of the main living area and kitchen. It’s like maxi glamping in a mansion! Lol! The entire team with Esacape Villas are pro’s. Valerie our concierge was so helpful during the planning stage. She answered all of our questions and booked all of our transportation to and from the treehouse. She arranged all of the excursions, spa services and chef services. You must book Chef Jorge and his sidekick Kim as much as possible. They were amazing and kept the delicious food and drinks coming all week! They are both so easy to work with when deciding what to have and we enjoyed them in the house!! Not to mention they entertained us like we were guests in our own home. Bonus! They cleaned the entire kitchen every time before they left. The housekeeping team at the treehouse is also very impressive. They work daily to keep the house in tip top shape but you barely notice they are there. Ricky our host was also a huge benefit during our stay. He greeted us when we arrived and made sure everything we had planned with Valerie was implemented. He was also our go to when we wanted to get out on the beaches or dinners out. He got our transportation arrangements as well as our reservations. Anything we needed we just text Ricky and he made it happen.

Open Air Retreat

This place was great for our group. It has a magnificent view of Manuel Antonio beaches (but sunset is just out of view) and the trees surrounding the property were filled with most animals we saw in the jungle (sloth, several variety of monkeys, iguanas, and many birds). Weather was amazing for enjoying the all outside living space on the main floor (no walls to close up kitchen…something I enjoyed for this trip but could not live in long term). You have to be aware of monkeys trying to be sneaky and get food from the kitchen and ants attacking remaining crumbs. The chef and cleaning staff is amazing though. Highly recommend getting the chef for your stay! He prepared breakfast, appetizers, dinner and dessert each day (and cleaned it all up too). A true luxury! We would rent again.

AMAZING!!!!

This house is incredible! Valerie, Ricky and Lorena were top notch! They all went above and beyond! The CHEFS!!!! Wow!! Jorge and Ashley were so amazing, the food was delicious the service outstanding! Our arrival was delayed 3 hours and our chef that night was Miguel, he stayed and had a fresh delicious hot meal waiting for us!! They all went the extra mile! The views were outstanding, loved the daily visits from the wildlife... we will be back!!!

The "Tree House" will forever be one of our most memorable vacations.

The house is beautiful inside and out! Everyone was so nice from the minute we starting planning our trip. Valerie was so helpful with planning everything from our adventures to our fabulous chef Choko. We highly recommend getting Choko as often as possible!! Ricky was a great help too!! Can't say enough good things... the daily monkeys, sloth and beautiful birds were such an added bonus too. Hope to visit again soon. It was our first time to Costa Rico and we loved every minute of it!

This is what you are looking for!

Fantastic property with an absolutely breath-taking view and a first class team taking care of your every need. Heck, my family and I extended our vacation at the villa an extra week within 48 hours of stepping foot in the place. The pictures are accurate, but in reality, they do Villa Tree House no justice. You have to experience it yourself to understand. Fernando, Valerie and Ricky pampered us to no end and made the whole experience top notch. This is a place where memories are made.

Absolutely Incredible

If you are like me and browse listings for days before choosing one, do yourself a favor and stop now and book this villa. Absolutely gorgeous. There were 8 of us but in reality enough room for 16 people. Can't beat the view, no need to ever leave the villa. Although if you are a beach person you can rent a car and its a 5 minute drive down to the beach. Highlight of the trip were our personal chefs Jorge and Fernando.

Top 5 House in Manuel Antonio

The level of care put into the details of the home is something we have not yet found in Costa Rica. We have lived here 3 years and this is absolutely the best house and experience and value yet. It was clean, it was luxurious, and the daily wildlife is something you have to see for yourself. We will stay here again when we want another staycation.

The Best!

Our home was absolutely amazing! Every room is just as beautiful as the pictures show. The highlight of the trip was Chef Junior and David! Every meal was better than the next! We couldn’t wait to see what he had prepared for us. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful and luxurious

My husband and I stayed here with our two year old daughter. The house was better than photo. We mostly enjoyed the living area in the afternoon and early morning. We saw 2 different kinds of monkeys, all kinds of birds, toocans and even a sloth from the living Room. I the evening we enjoyed the theater Room. We used chef Marco all 4 nights and he was excellent. The location of the home couldn't be any better. Close to all the shops and necessities but also close to all of the beaches. I would recommend this house To a large or small group that would like to enjoy the beautiful views and nature while still being close to everything that Manuel Antonio has to offer. From the beginning the process of renting the home was easy and seamless. Someone always answered our questions right away. While we stayed there all we had to do was text the concierge a and we could get any assistance needed. The property managers clearly knew what they were doing and had everything well-set-up.

A Slice of Paradise!

The tree house was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. The house really was better than the photos showed. Plenty of room to spread out for multiple couples to stay. Great location and coordination from Ricky and Valerie. We couldn’t get enough of the view and the Chef meals were incredible. We will definitely be back!!

Incredible house, incredible view!

Upon arrival, our manager Ricky stated the pictures online didn’t do the home justice. I thought that was hard to believe, but it was so true. Our group of 7 were just blown away by the home/decor, the beautiful pool, and the insanely beautiful view of Manuel Antonio NP. The home is in a great location for restaurants and beaches. If that wasn’t enough, we were visited by monkeys daily which created even better memories for kids and adults alike. The housekeeper was stealth and very efficient. We spoiled ourselves further by hiring a private chef to celebrate birthdays. Our chef, Junior, was so impressive we requested him for a second night and wished we had him during the whole stay. The food was the best we had in Costa Rica. Presentation and service was also perfect. To sum things up, we were so impressed with every aspect of our stay at the Tree House. We highly recommend it!

First Class Vacation!

The house was amazing just like the pictures. Our group absolutely loved it. Lots monkeys and other wildlife. The views never got old. The Escape Villa staff really know how to take care of their clients too. We went with chef services everyday which was one of the smartest things we did. Such a value for the quality of dining. Chef Junior and David are such great people. Gotta plug Quepos Fishing Adventures too. There’s just too many positives to list. It was the perfect vacation and the house was just the icing on cake. Paradise!!!

This was definitely one of our favorite vacations. The Tree House is the perfect place to relax, enjoy family and friends, and get away from it all. The house was beyond our wildest dream. The views are incredible. The monkeys are an added treat! We had visitors every day. Our host, Ricky, was the best. Anytime we needed anything, he was right there. We also had a personal chef, Junior, for three days. Oh my, the food he prepared was like eating at a 5-star restaurant. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back! IF you want the best of the best, come to the Tree House!

Amazing Family Vacation

Pictures do not do the home justice - it’s simply stunning! There are actually 6 bedrooms - each with a king bed. The infinity pool is much larger then it looks online - there were 8 adults in there with floats and we had plenty of space! Hire Chef Junior - he was AMAZING - far better than any meal we had out. And he makes PLENTY of food for everyone. The housekeepers were wonderful - the place was always spotless! We hired massage therapists in for a couples massage one day. My massage therapist was good, my husband had the worst massage of his life - so wouldn’t recommend that. The walk up the hill from the house is no joke - so for anyone with mobility challenges, this could be an issue but we were easily able to get cabs who would take you up the street or anywhere around Quepos - for $10. We really enjoyed the excursions we booked through the concierge, Valerie. She was beyond helpful in planning and answered our endless questions. Highly recommend the ATV/Zipline combo tour. Ricky, our host was great to get to know and also super helpful. This was probably our best family vacation ever - perfect balance between activities and relaxation.

Paradise

This lovely home met and exceeded our expectations. The amenities, rooms, decor and ambiance made it difficult to venture out to explore the surrounding area. The view is spectacular. The wildlife is amazing and entertaining. The host, chef, maids and concierge all did a very good job at making sure our stay was the best it could be. This is the best vacation home I have ever reserved and I look forward to staying here again.
